Rebecca is awesome!! We have the best time working together. She knows exactly how much to push me to be comfortable and not overwork myself as this is my first time working out again since having a baby. The facility is perfect. The size is great. Very personal with your one-on-one trainer. All trainers are great. They push you hard and motivate you even if they are not working with you. It's such an overall great experience every time I go and I look forward to working out! More...
