This gym has provided the facilities I've used to build the biggest arms this side of the Atlantic. I'm as grateful to be able to train there as they are to have this modern day Hercules inspiring all the other members on a weekly basis. 5 stars

This is what you call a 'no-nonsense' gym....!! Nothing plush about it but that doesn't matter. Staff are great,very friendly, very technical, esp Eimear but i would say that cos she's my P.Trainer!!
