I've attended the Spin classes for a few years now and more recently the HIIT classes too. Can't recommend them enough. Great classes, always varied & good group of people to work out with.

Myself and 2 friends started training up at fitness matters with Stefan a few weeks back , with the goal of getting in shape and losing a few lbs for Xmas . All 3 of us love our sessions which consist of weight training and hiit , they are varied and challenging and we can def start seeing the benefits already . Have just finished a 12 week personal training course with Stefan - in that time I have dropped 12 kg and reduced my body fat from 27% to 15% , lost 4 inches around my waist and taken my blood pressure down to normal range . I feel fitter and healthier than ever before and I am in the best shape I have been in - over the moon with what I have achieved and an awful lot of that credit goes down to my trainer !! More...

I have been training with stef for over 5 years and couldn’t recommend him highly enough . Myself and 2 friends have been personal training up at fitness matters studio with Stefan since June (2019 ) These sessions combines strength , tone and high intensity work and although they are challenging , they are highly enjoyable and we all get an awful lot out of themPlus training with your friends is a bit of craic and more affordable than training on your own The studio itself has been recently re-furbished with new equipment and is a super place to train in right in the centre of the village Suzanne

Having recently moved to the area I decided to embark on some 1:1 personal training sessions to try to improve my general fitness and hopefully drop a few unwanted pounds that have crept on over the last few years . I have been training with Stefan for about 4 months and I am really enjoying it. I am definitely more motivated to keep working on it than if I was training alone. I had never exercised before I started with stefan 6 months ago .Was diagnosed with high blood pressure and was pre - diabetic so my gp advised me to start an excercise regime in order to get healthier . Since starting with stefan I have managed to lose 18 lbs , reduce my blood pressure and bring my blood sugar levels back to normal !! Just coming to the end of our second round of PT with the brilliant Sarah Jardine. My sister and I started with Sarah in January to get fitter for skiing and lose some weight. We achieved both goals � with some extra unexpected pluses!! It was fun; Sarah is ace at encouraging, motivating and supporting; we've changed some of our eating & drinking routine and it's not a chore; and best of all body shape has really changed and the 'if only' jeans now fit � All in 4 months?! Myself and my daughter are doing PT with Stef to try and get wedding fit. Cannot speak highly enough about this guy! His patience motivation and encouragement is so inspiring. My friend Jane recommended Stef to me as she’s been training with him for a number of years and I’ve never looked back. He is extremely patient, super motivational and really encouraging. Pushes your hard but knows your limits. I throughly enjoy the PT sessions and wouldn’t highly recommend Stef to anyone. I have been having PT sessions with Stefan for about 6 months at Fitness matters. At first I was very apprehensive because I have had a personal trainer before, the experience just wasn’t very good and worth the money I was spending. However, with Stefan my experience has been the complete opposite because he is very patient, his never faltering encouragement has really helped me push myself and I have definitely with his help improved my overall fitness. It also helps that he really knows what he’s talking about in terms of nutrition and exercises, giving me great confidence and trust in what he advises me in. Even though I wasn’t new to the gym, I found it really great that he would show me new exercises and give me session plans that I could do on my own at my gym.
