By actively listening, understanding, and asking good questions about what the client wants and needs.
We have to understand where clients are coming from, and tailoring a program to fit the client, as opposed to creating generic programs that everyone does, regardless of age, experience, injuries, etc.
We make the program fit our clients. Not our clients fit the program.
