We are a boutique small group training facility. We help people lose weight, gain muscle, feel better and get back to being and feeling athletic! No fads diets or gimmicks. Just a long term approach to health and fitness!

Awesome staff, loved the MP Climb and LVL Up classes. Great conditioning and HIIT workouts. Lots of different equipment and variety in the classes.

My wife and I have been clients for two plus years, and Adam Brown, our trainer, is top notch. Adam is the perfect balance of knowledge, inspiration, coach, and mentor. If you like a trainer that is authentic, can provide great real life examples of fitness and diet, and genuinely cares about your well being, then Adam at Fitness Revolution is your guy. I also appreciate that Adam is a fitness buff, not a meat head. Our high intensity training sessions kick our butts in the best possible of ways, but never feel "routine." I'm also a fan of Adam's presence on social media, in that he is constantly posting videos of fitness routines, his take on diet, and even his series of videos on how to maintain fitness levels when traveling are soooo helpful. FR is more than a place to work out, it helps you build a fun, healthy, and active lifestyle! There is literally no other facility/program like this in the area. I have never had a better workout than when i am at FR, and I say that every single time I leave there. There is a great group atmosphere which you will quickly see is an amazing support system, and pushes you to be better. The trainers are second to none, they are not only the best at what they do, but they truly care about people. The trainers are so motivating, and even when I am tired, they know how to motivate and energize you to be excited about the next round! Additionally, they help me to realize that I can do things I never thought I could do, which is a gift. I find myself becoming better every time I go. This gym is unfortunately not close to my location however every time I go is VERY worth the commute. Dan is a wonderful trainer, knows immediately what you need to be doing & helps you reach your fitness goals in a very positive & humorous way. We give our clients personalized training programs and nutritional guidance with daily accountability!

Being Consistent! The best workout plan only works if it is followed consistently!

Helping our clients achieve there potential that they did not realize or believe they had! Anthony is a perfect example. He started with us barely being able to deadlift a 25 lb kettlebell and now can perform 15 repetitions of a 225 lb barbell RDL (Romanian Deadlift). Another example is Tish, she just did 30lb Dumbbell Bench Press while she did not previously think she would get that strong!

I wanted a new challenge and to be able to still help others achieve their fitness goals!

With a personalized program, we truly meet you where your current abilities are and progress you to your fitness goals from there!

Yes. We do offer remote or hybrid services. These include program design for your goals and monthly or weekly progress meetings.

We spray everything down after each use (although this is standard, it can get ignored).
We also encourage hand sanitization before and after training.
With mandates no longer in effect, we encourage social distancing at your comfort level!
