If you want to feel leaner, healthier and stronger this gym is the place for you. Dave has the experience and knowledge to help anyone attain their own personal fitness goals while making each workout unique and fun! He uses a variety of techniques and practical movements suited for various fitness levels, and classes are never boring. This gym has changed my life!! Over the past 20 years I’ve gone to big named gyms and used fancy all the equipment, but I had very little instruction and seen even less results. Since going to Fitness Revolution I’ve built muscle, lost weight, but most of all gained self esteem. Dave (the owner) is beyond helpful with instruction and motivation. I went from never having worked out to jumping in head first and starting a 6 week challenge at Fitness Revolution and it was amazing! I discovered I actually enjoy working out and Dave has been great! Since I have never done something like this before Dave took that into consideration and he made sure to push me so I got the most out of it but also help me out with modifications if necessary. I, along with my husband and daughter started a fitness program with Dave 6 weeks ago. I am not one of those people that ever enjoyed going to the gym, however, Dave made it fun while pushing me to do my best at the same time. I discovered I actually enjoy working out and Dave has been great! Since I am no spring chicken, Dave took into consideration my limitations and modified some of the exercises for me. This is the last day of the 6 week challenge. I went into it having not been to a gym in many years. I was looking to lose a little weight and feel a little better. It did that and more. Just the type of gym I’ve been looking for! I’ve been training with Dave for about 6 months now and couldn’t be happier with the difference in my strength, fitness, and weight since I started. The group training classes are always different and interesting and focus on different areas of strength throughout the week so you always get great total body workouts without ever being bored with repetitive sessions. Dave also focuses on nutrition and is really committed to helping you achieve your goals through very sustainable lifestyle changes. The periodic team challenges are a fun and challenging way to motivate yourself to stay on track and to also push yourself to achieve more. I have been working out with Dave at Fitness Revolution for almost a year now. The group classes were somewhat challenging when I first started out. Once you get accustomed to the individual exercises it’s gets a bit easier, but I still leave tired. Which is the point, right? The workouts vary and I don’t think they have ever repeated, so you don’t get into a rut. The groups are great. There are a lot of very nice people who all have the same mindset. It’s not the sort of gym where people are going to a gym to be seen. This is about doing your workout, having fun while doing it, and reaching your goals. Over the time I have been working out I have lost a fair bit of weight but more importantly significantly lowered my cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure. I attribute that to the circuit training and the nutrition tips that Dave shared. So, if you are looking for a place for small group fitness classes, I would definitely recommend Fitness Revolution. Coming to Fitness Revolution has changed the way I look at nutrition and exercise. I have learned many great strategies for working out that I can implement on my own. I highly recommend Dave Tatulli's Fitness Revolution for two reasons. If you are looking for fun and challenging group training this is the workout for you. As a 50 something age group triathlete, I found Dave's strength and conditioning workouts to complement tri-training. Dave mixes up the training sessions to work total body strength and conditioning to increase speed and strength. The other reason why I recommend Fitness Revolution are the Fitness Challenges which run for 4-6 weeks two to three times a year. This is where we dial in our nutrition to reach personal goals. I strongly recommend this gym. In the last 9 months I have lost over 40 pounds and managed to increase my strength at the same time. The classes are all challenging enough to push those who are more advanced but also scaleable for people with less experience. The owner/trainer Dave is incredible to work with. Always upbeat and informative. He is always willing to offer ways to customize your workout for your individual goals. I did spin classes for about 2 years with zero results and immediately saw a change after I started training with Dave. Coach Dave is a MACHINE!!! He will get you to give it your all even if you don't feel like it!!! (Do yourself a favor... ..if you don't feel like it....don't ask him to make sure you 'kill it' for that session or all you will hear is "insert your name...COME ON DO MORE", or "insert your name...YOU CAN DO TEN MORE", or "insert your name....YOU CAN DO BETTER"!! LOL) Seriously......I have been to A LOT of fitness sessions in the last 20+ years & I can honestly say....they all felt like a bunch of 70+ ladies sitting around knitting sweaters compared to Dave's sessions!!! What can I say about this place?! Dave is one of the most engaging trainers I've worked with. The classes are small and allow for a greater connection with your workout buddies. Dave will also help to manage and modify any workouts that may affect any existing injuries or sensitivities. He's always willing to share nutrition advice, has awesome newsletters with content that aims to be a resource for bettering your health and workout approach.
