Great group of trainers.  I have been going to CFR since 2011.  Prior to 2011, I had constant low level back pain and had limited mobility for 10 years.  They got me healthy and moving again.  I no longer have the back pain and can do so much more from walking, riding bikes, yoga, gardening, etc.  I do a mixture of semi-privates and group class -- love that they offer both. I’ve done other workout programs where I have been worked so hard I get hurt or so tortured that it takes days to recover. Going to CFR made me realize a good workout is one done efficiently with proper form. The trainers at CFR actually care about you and know what they’re doing. I have been working out at this location for six months and am continually impressed with the trainers and the facility. Lance(the owner) is always present and keeps all the workout machines in impeccable condition. The trainers are always helpful and focus on proper form and safety. Asa, my trainer, is excellent! I just started working out with weights for the first time at Fitness Results. The facility, trainers and methodology are A+. I was skeptical about a 30 minute workout. I've always exercised at least an hour. Each day you focus on a varying muscle group. Not knew to me. What is new and beneficial is their focus on micro muscle groups. And they insist on range. This not only forces control of each movement but influences muscle lengthening and flexibility. I've always concentrated on form. Fitness results provides an added edge. They instruct and demo head to toe form regardless of which muscle you are working. Love this place. More...

I am a working mom of 2. I am busy with little time to spare, but I wanted better health, better fitness, and a better physique. Not going to lie, I was skeptical at first, but three, 30 minute workouts/week appealed to my hectic schedule. Also, the free consultation blew me away with nuggets of life changing fitness wisdom, that if I chose not to train there, I would have been able to make an impact to improve my health and fitness.  But, after 40 years on this earth, I know myself enough to know that I need to have a professional hold me accountable, and so I began to train at Fitness Results. After month two, I lost over 10 inches and lost over 6 lbs. I gained energy, confidence, strength, and a feminine shape that I was not able to achieve on my own after having 2 children. I'm now going on month 8 with Fitness Results. During this time, my husband has also started training. His results have been astounding. I absolutely love this gym! Started out with a Groupon going 3x a week and have decided to continue as a regular client for the HIIT BOOTCAMP classes. I love how the trainers are constantly changing up the workouts every week and that they really encourage you to do your best every class. Every one is friendly and the facility has great equipment and is kept very nice and clean. So far I have had a great experience at this gym and highly recommend it! More...

I destroyed my hip in May. When I say destroyed I mean I couldn’t stand up, walk, sleep, bend over, without severe pain or my hip locking up. For two and a half months. I was taking pain meds (which I hate), applying ice packs, and laying in bed. I went to an amazing doctor and got a diagnosis. Torn hip labrum. After discussing all of my options, physical therapy was the best option for me. I decided I would try a physical program on my own. DISCLAIMER: I’ve been a trainer for many years. I went to the urgent care and a doctor before I started my program. I frequently consult with fitness and health care professionals. Please do not try this at home. I went back to the basics of life and worked on my breathing patterns and any core stability exercise I could do without pain. Ever so slowly but surely I was having less and less pain. I was able to stand up and move without pain. After my hip was at about 60% I started getting lost. The one thing I want people to understand is that when you’re in pain, the body gets a mind of its own. Pain causes the nervous system to move the body in a way that will protect the injury. Sometimes the body can start sacrificing other joints to protect the most painful one. I didn’t want to jack anything I reached out to Steve Long. He assessed me and wrote a custom warm up and workouts. My hip is now at damn near 100% after 4 weeks. I’ve been able to pick up weights and martial arts again. My body feels aligned and moves much more smoothly. I’m able to go on long walks with no pain at all. I HIGHLY recommend Complete Fitness Results. Whether you’re an athlete, trainer, dealing with an injury, or just starting a fitness journey. I’ve been apart of that training family for eight years and for a reason. When people care about you enough to really dig deep into your issue, to help you in any way they can, it’s priceless. More...

Love this gym! What I love the most is that it is not just a gym, it is a community. The classes are not your typical class. Trainers are paying close attention to form and anything that needs correcting. They are amazing at finding alternative exercises for whatever you need on any given day. I started there with their 6 week challenge and lost 20 lbs the first 6 weeks. Then lost another 10 right afterwards. I love the encouragement and the massive support I have gotten at CFR. This place has transformed my life. At 48 I was expecting our 6th child...so you can guess time was a challenge! I didn't want to waste time doing meaningless exercise that wouldn't strengthen me for the long haul ahead. Steve was so kind in working with me to make it the most healthy pregnancy I've had. Now, 7 months after the birth and 49 years old, I am in better shape than I was at 30. I have never felt intimidated, but always encouraged and uplifted by each and every member of their staff. Now my family has joined me and together we are becoming the healthiest we have ever been. When I attended Sheila Hamilton’s Developing Core Strength workshop at the North Shore Women’s Centre on Jan. 26th, she very kindly gifted me with a complimentary, one-month membership to her core strength training boutique gym, it’s time! Fitness Results. And I haven't looked back since! Thanks to the caring, motivational expertise of Sheila and her team, I have gone from feeling seriously deconditioned to now feeling physically stronger by the day! At first, I thought that a gym that teaches kettlebell techniques would be way too advanced for me, but soon realized that Sheila and her staff are all skilled at catering to all fitness levels. However, even with my chronic back condition and a life-long tendency to re-injure upon activity, I am improving without problems - thanks to their appropriate progressions to guide me. I have been attending classes regularly for over two month now, and am very grateful to Sheila and her amazing team for helping me get safely back on track with physical activity. It's Time Fittness Results is my second home. Sheila and her staff are the cream of the crop! Very educated, well schooled in their fields, so friendly and the results they provide are outstanding. Incredible facility and outstanding trainers.  I cannot recommend this gym highly enough.  The fitness programs offered are top notch.  The gym is impeccably clean, excellent equipment, private shower, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and most importantly, they get you the results like no one else can.  I joined 3 1/2 months ago and have lost 25lbs.  My goal is 30.  I am getting into the best shape of my life.  I am getting super toned without adding any bulk.  I've tried other gyms, different fitness strategies, and never got very far.  At this gym, the strategy is very different and I am surprised at how effective the program is.  I used to think that I needed to put in a ton of time and sweat in order to get into shape.  However, I have learned that if you train effectively, you can obtain the results you always dreamed of in much less time than with other work outs.  The trainers at Fitness Results guide you through how to lose weight and tone up by building muscle instead of burning it.  This requires skill and technique that I never would have been able to do if I had not gone to this gym or these trainers.  I learned about this gym when a friend gave me a copy of the owners book.  The book explains how weight training correctly allows you to build muscle and burn fat without burning yourself out by doing exercise that is too time consuming or hard to stick with.  The trainer created a program for me that I enjoy and that challenges me both mentally and physically.  I get a really good work out without the soreness or injuries that I've had with other programs.  I have had the opportunity to train with two of the trainers (owner Lance and also Iggy) and both were excellent.  I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get into incredible shape but does not have time or energy to waste on fad programs that don't work. If you're looking to make some real changes- this place is perfect! The atmosphere is nice with dim lighting. Very clean also! Everyone there is super friendly! They offer several classes at different times and also personal training which i highly recommend. Julio is amazing! He explains throughly what part of the group muscle you are working out and explains the correct way to do the exercise, he also gives you advice on healthy eating and ways to improve healthy lifestyle and reach your goal. The BEST place to get in shape!  The facility is as professional and clean as you could ask for.  Lance really nailed it with the design of the place.  The equipment is top notch.  There are a couple machines that I can't find at my local Gold's Gym, especially the perfect squat machine, not to mention the "play" room with all the TRX and the climbing wall, etc.  Kevin is a fantastic trainer.  He is extremely knowledgeable and goes far beyond the typical... "do this" and "do that" approach to training.  If you ask him anything, he will explain why and how what you are doing benefits you.  Don't be fooled by his laid back personality, he will torture you, but it's all for your own good.  If you are serious about reaching your goals, just save yourself the time shopping around and go here! I am stronger, fitter and safely losing weight on a practical eating plan! I have always paid for a gym membership but didn't always go, and frankly wasn't eating the right types or amount of food to fight off binge hunger. I am a teacher and met the Owner Lance during a career day at school. Lance is a body builder so his approach to fitness is quite different from traditional trainers. so i'm a total introvert AND pretty private. and having to post everday on FB almost held me back from working out at CFR. but my husband lost 45 pds. and i thought, "wow, i'm entering a new decade ... i wanna be healthy + strong as well." i'm SO glad i joined CFR. they screened me to see which areas of my body needed work; they really paid attention to see if i was doing the exercises right; any questions i had, they thoroughly answered + didn't just give me some generic overview + they really listened to any concerns i had. i've lost 23 pds. so far + feel so strong ... it's kinda weird...like, i'm not huge + muscular, and i've never had "skinny" arms, but no more flabby arms!! and NOW i'm totally addicted to CFR. love them!! I came across CFR when I kept seeing fellow FB friends liking links for the camp challenge with some doubt I decided to attend an orientations to see what it was about. I knew instantly that the trainers knew what they were talking about. I just got that feeling that they were there to help. Help you get healthy teach you how to combine eating and working out to get you in your best health/shape possible. Training smart has def. helped me rethink what I thought working out was and how it should be unlike these big gyms that just kinda expect you to know what your doing or make it seem like you cant ask a question unless your paying their personal trainer fees. Its a judge free zone everyone there is on the same mission to get healthy not just big arms and big booties. They make you train tuff and believe me it was incredible tuff but most def worth it I lost 22lbs at the end of the 6 weeks it was my first challenge and i plan to do another my journey is only beginning with CFR and i encourage you to give them a try even if its 5lbs or 50lbs if your looking to get healthier these are the guys and gals to see! I completely love Complete Fitness Results. Going in, I didn't know what to expect. Well, they test you on what your body is capable of doing, and go from there with a personalize workout routine. They provide you with a meal plan that is best for weight loss. I love how personal they are with each person. They know everyone's name. They pump you up when needed. They come around to let you know if your posture is correct, if not, they correct it. Any questions you may have, gets an answer. They really want you to loose the weight. I can appreciate the accountability aspect of the program as well. It makes you want to do your best. I am pleased and happy I decided to go with this challenge. I had to weigh in 5 days before the challenge was over, due to travelling. I'm proud to say that I lost 21.8 pounds. Image what an extra 5 days would have been. Just completed the CFR's "Loose 20 lbs in 6 weeks" challenge. Loved the gym and the Smart Group Training classes. Meal plan was not bad, wasn't very hard to adapt, as my diet was already very similar. The only thing that was hard to do was the frequency of the meals and addition of the protein shakes. I didn't loose 20 lbs in 6 weeks, fell 3lbs short and lost my $500 deposit. If I could go back, I would have gone with the monthly membership rather and gotten way more out of my $500. Although, I did receive a 1 month membership ( you receive $10/1lb lost in CFR credit, so you can either apply it towards a monthly membership, or for semiprivate personal training sessions). The first time I met Jared and Whitney I overheard them talking about a 6 week 20 lbs. challenge. Today I am all about challenges. So I ask what they were talking about and after they described the program to me I knew I was going to sign up. I knew I could lose more weight I just wasn’t sure I could lose another 20 lbs. After my initial evaluation and the reissuance they felt I could be successful I decided to commit. It was one the best decisions I ever made. The classes were challenging but the trainers were very supportive and professional. Today I am 22 lbs. lighter and I fit into some of my old cloths I thought I would never ware again. The change has been impressive. I now know how to eat healthy, exercise safer and in shorter time while seeing real results. I challenge anyone who says they can’t do this to do this. when I started this year i had a goal to feel better. i started with cutting out all sweets and candy and was able to lose 11lbs. This challenge was exactly what I needed at the time, structure, accountability and support. The plan really works! After struggling with different diets and weeks on and off the gym, finally I got what I was looking for. A structured, easy to follow meal plan, and fun yet effective workout sessions. To my surprise, the first week I lost 5.6lbs, that was more than enough motivation to keep going. I have to be honest, the challenge was not easy, but in the end, you see results. Complete Fitness Results is the best thing in town for those who need motivation to either lose weight or tone up with exercise. I need structure and accountability in my life to stay on track. When I wander off that path, I gradually put the weight back on. I figure I can begin dieting (eating healthy) tomorrow. We all know how that goes. I joined the April Camp Challenge. Believe me, it is a challenge to lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks and I did it. The food plan is basic- protein, carbs and veggies. Having fewer choices made your daily selection process easier. I loved the exercise program-fast and furious. The trainers definitely keep any eye on you to make sure you are doing the correct movements. They gladly alter to fit your individual needs. Exercising 5 time per week kept me motivated to stay on track. If I got tempted to eat wrong or skip class I would just think WWJD? (What Would Jared Do) I know everyone agrees, all of the trainers are exceptional. Losing 20 lbs in a short period has given me the inspiration to continue to work towards a healthier and fit me. I first heard about CFR from two friends who previously participated in the 20lb challenges and had great results. I was really skeptical at first about the program because I wanted to make sure I was losing weight the right way and not just through a weight-loss scheme. It took me a while but I finally jumped in and decided to give it a try. I wish I had done it sooner! I had amazing results and ended up losing 21.6 pounds in 6 weeks! But not only did I lose weight, I really started to reevaluate my relationship to working out and to food. CFR really helps you to "train smarter". I'd previously been trying to spend hours in the gym and barely seeing the scale move but CFR helped me to combine healthy eating habits with the right workouts to lose weight that I never thought I'd get off. It feels amazing! Challenge aside, I can't rave enough about the great trainers at CFR that really are there to help and motivate without talking down to you. I came in with a history of 2 back surgeries and a bad knee and was skeptical at first. I was determined to get over my fear of working out so I signed up. They lived up to the expectations I had and the promises they made. The trainers modified exercises so I could do them and corrected bad posture habits to make sure I didn't re-injure my back. I came across CFR while looking scrolling through Facebook one day. Their ad intrigued me stating lose 20 Lbs. in 6 weeks for free. I figured there had to be some catch to it, but went to the information night just to find out. After hearing more about it I was like this is definitely a challenge that I need. They helped us understand meals and our nutrition. The coaches at the gym are all great. They answer any question you have. You also have the support of a group of people that are trying to reach their goals, as well as trainers that actually care. I was hesitant about coming to CFR but in the past 6 weeks with them I have lost a total of 29.8 Lbs. They are a great Gym and I would recommend them to anyone. I love this place. CFR is all about doing what is good for you. I have been going for the past 12 weeks now, and during this time I injured my shoulder and collar bone. All of the coaches wanted to make sure I was still pushing hard without hurting myself more. They would work with me in doing different moderation. I love that this gym cares about you as a person. I came across Complete Fitness Results on Facebook one day and the "lose 20 lbs. in 6 weeks or free" totally caught my eye. I researched CFR and read all the comments and I was hooked. I have belonged to several gyms over the years and found that I am more motivated by group type fitness. I just finished my 6 week challenge and lost 22 pounds and I feel amazing. I absolutely loved the workouts and the trainers are so encouraging and helpful. I have been meaning to leave a review for a while now and I feel that it is imperative that I share the story of my physical transformation as it relates to Fitness Results.  For the past several years I had been for the most part physically active,  I regularly took pilates, spin classes, and long hikes on the weekends.  I was no fitness queen by any means but was in relatively good shape.  I wanted to step up my fitness game and and decided to give Fitness Results a trial run using the Groupon special.  This was back in July of last year and I am still going strong today.  This gym is fantastic, from the esthetics, to the clean well maintained equipment, to the specialized one-on-one training with certified trainers who are experts in their field.   My physical endurance completely changed when I began to lift weights.  I am stronger, healthier and happier then I have ever been in my life.  I take the small group weight training class with Julio in the evenings and I can't imagine my life without Fitness Results.  Lance the owner and all of the trainers at this gym are amazing.  This place is a hidden gem right here in Upland. I have a friend that was taking the challenge however I just thought she had joined a gym. One day I was scrolling through my newsfeed and saw this free six weeks challenge. Since I have a lot of weight to lose I figured why not. Turns out it was the same program my friend was following. I had no idea what was in store! The deposit didn't bother me because I knew it would make me be accountable! So many days I said I'm getting up to work out and those days would come and go without any workouts. This program not only made me workout but made me want to workout! The only thing I would say would need improvement is the vegetables allowed during the challenge. I was lucky enough to have a conversation with a friend about The Challenge after noticing his consistent check-ins on Facebook. I was pretty skeptical about the program with $500 up front but essentially free if you followed through on everything--thinking that there must be a catch somewhere. I could hear my dad saying "If it sounds to good to be true then.......". So after looking online all I could I finally went down to the gym to talk to some of the trainers. Glad I did. I immediately saw that they really wanted to help everyone succeed and this was just a brilliant marketing idea that was a win-win, not some plan to sign a lot of people up and have most of them fail. Over the course of the challenge I saw more and more examples of the program working for so many different people who started at different levels but were all heading toward the same goal--better personal health. I totally stumbled across Complete Fitness Results while scrolling down Facebook one night. I said to my husband, "hey look, we can do this!" being that we were saying we were going to join a gym because both of us needed to loose a few pounds. We went to orientation and we were both skeptical the whole way through. Like yea right 20lbs in 6 weeks for free. But we wanted it so bad we prayed on it and moved forward. When I say this was one of the best things i could have done because for me a person who has struggled with weight issues my whole life it was a life changer. Let me start off by saying how they have the whole program put together for you. I learned how to properly portion control while weighing out my food. I was over eating everything in the past. I also learned how important it is to prep my meals. I learned how may times a day I needed to eat and how much water to drink. I even learned how to do my exercises correctly. Let me not leave out the staff. The staff at this place is amazing. They stand behind you 100%! They are very professional and they help boost your confidence so you can feel better about your self. This last past 6weeks was a bit of a struggle and not to mention my first couple weigh ins I think I only lost about 5 lbs. I cried! Lol... I thought I wasn't going to be able to do it because I'm a mom, a wife, and a cosmetologist and I stress a lot. But here I am 23.6 lbs lighter and I'm just as happy as I want to be. I have probably been on every diet/weight loss plan imaginable! And I've lost weight, however, I've never been able to keep it off! I'm so thankful that I came across CFR while aimlessly scrolling down FB. I was a little hesitant at first but signed up for the orientation to learn more about the program. Jared was so inspirational during orientation, that I decided to give it a shot. I can now say, that was the best decision I have made for myself in a while. During the six weeks, I learned to meal plan and prep my food, along with weighing out my portions. This was a new concept for me but very helpful as it makes you realize how much you are overeating even if it is considered "healthy food". I participated in group training which are very motivational as the trainers keep you on track along with the additional support from other trainee's in the group. My favorite part was the weekly weigh-ins to help you track your progress. At first, I was very nervous but as you watch the weigh slowly fall off, it gives you the sense of achievement and satisfaction. I was successful and lost at total of 25lbs in the 6 week challenge. First of all, I want to thank all the trainers who showed up every morning at 5 am to train. They were motivating, energetic and truly cared about the members. This is not to easy to do every day and do well at 5am!!!! Secondly, I appreciated the form evaluation before starting the challenge and the issuing of colored bracelets. This prevented injury and kept all the trainers aware of my areas of opportunity. Thirdly, I did like that the trainers let you work at your own pace and didn't kill you the first few weeks to the point where you were too sore to exercise. Don't get me wrong - - the trainers were very concerned about correct form, and they did motivate you to do your best. The trainers are always in the back of your mind pushing you to do more when you start to slack. I did enjoy my journey and at times was giddy about my weekly results. I did lose the 20lbs and FTDI the entire time. I am looking forward to losing another 20lbs. I feel good/healthy. I really loved the challenge. First, the gym is close to my house so it made the 5 am workouts manageable. Second, the workouts weren't so tough in the beginning that you became discouraged or were in terrible pain, so it was easy to stay motivated and increase the intensity over time. Third, love the interval type workouts - you can do almost anything for 20 sec to a minute at a time, and loved the variety of the routines. Lastly, the FTDI - how simple is that?! Great concept! The best gym around and you will ever go to!!! This is by far one of the best gyms I have ever gone to. I have gone to small gyms like CFR, however it just wasn't the same. This gym and its staff are down right amazing!! They are motivating, instructional, and most importantly your friend. They want to see you succeed as much as you do yourself and if you have any issues or questions they are always there to help. Its like your getting a one-on-one session every time even during the big group classes. The challenge was on of the best and most rewarding things I've done to date. I had my doubts going into it thinking that 20lbs in 6 weeks wasn't going to work, however I came out on top and succeeded with the help from the Trainers at the gym and everyone else that was participating with me this last go round who kept me focused and motivated to complete it. At times during the process if I didn't quite seeing the results i wanted for that week the trainers were quick to help tweak what you were doing to get you to the finish line. If you are ready for a gym that you just get addicted too, Complete Fitness Results is for you!!! I have been a member of the gym for over a year now and I have never felt stronger in my life!! Even before I did the challenge I was building muscle and improving my cardiovascular fitness, but my nutrition was not all on point....I needed something to be accountable for. The challenge was perfect for me, it gave me the opportunity to just focus on one goal, loosing 20 pounds in 6 weeks. I could not do that working out alone, so I was forced to stay on task and meet that goal. That $500 is quite an incentive too!! Post challenge, I was totally in tune with my body. I completely retrained myself and my eating habits, got my metabolism working for me all the time, I got more toned and realized I did have discipline! I love CFR for multiple reasons, but I'll start with one main reason. I discovered CFR because I have a friend who successfully completed the 6 week 20 lb. challenge. I decided to immediately inquire about CFR and try out the classes. I had my success session with the owner, Steve Long, and I loved the experience he has with weight loss. It's incredible to me to work with someone who understands the process of weight loss and what it takes. I decided to try the classes before joining the challenge. After the first class, I knew CFR was for me. I love going into a class that will push me to my limits along with getting the most effective workout. Complete Fitness Results is awesome! I was very skeptical at first and had trouble believing that I was going to be able to lose twenty pounds in six weeks. After my first week I had great results, but did not believe that I would be able to maintain the pace over a 6 week period. I was completely wrong and glad I was, at my final weigh in I lost over 30 pounds. The trainers at CFR are great, they know how to push you through a workout and get the best out of you. I went into this after being sick with Pneumonia for almost 2 months. I knew I had to make a change and the Challenge part of this, made sure I would complete it as I hate failing myself. I work with all kinds of young people in Scouting, from my Girl Scouts who are in 6th Grade to a Boy Scout Troop and a Venture Crew with youth up to 21 years of age. It is very humbling when you can not keep up without losing your breath and you are a Leader, Adviser, Mentor or Guide to youth. I had already started to make changes, my biggest problem is I simply had quit eating and was living on Coffee. I am now eating again, 6 and 7 meals a day (crazy for me) and down to 1 cup of coffee from 5 or 6 pots a day. And I am getting more than an hour or 2 of sleep a day. I knew going into this that if i started, it would be more than a 6 week Challenge for me. So now that I am down 20.8 lbs. from the first Challenge I am doing it again to get closer to where I want to be going into summer. The Staff at CFR is great and I actually look forward to going even though the only time I can do it is 5 AM. They even laugh with me at my lack of coordination in the mornings. If you are looking for a complete change, willing to challenge yourself and will FTDI no matter what, then this will work. I made it work with my crazy schedule and while traveling and camping. I learned to FTDI no matter what else was going on and learned to always carry my meals or shakes with me so that i had no excuse. This is doable and once you commit to it you will love the end results. I know that I will do even better this next round and will be the one to benefit in the long run. More...

I just completed the 20 lb challenge and lost 22.6 pounds!!! When I first saw the post on facebook about a FREE 20 lb challenge where you could work out for free and receive a nutrition plan, I was very hesitant. I really wanted to do it as I needed assistance in losing weight and getting into shape. I was hesitant because the gym was not close to my house and not close to where I work. Being very busy with a full time job as well as running kids everywhere, I did not know when I would have the time to work out everyday - so many excuses ran through my head. I decided to make the commitment to myself to make some changes and I couldn't be happier!!! The only time I could make sure I made it to the gym was at 5am - which meant I was getting up at 4:10 every morning and out the door by 4:25. It was definitely worth it!!! I enjoyed every workout. The trainers were all very good - Whitney, Alicia, Jared, Matt. All the trainers focused on the technique and proper way to perform the exercises- they did not just let you go through the motions and perform the exercises incorrectly. They assessed each persons weaknesses and gave you corrective exercises to be done during the warm ups. They were very knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging and pushed you so you would succeed. 2 June - At the beginning of 2016, I set out to make a few changes in my life. Like many people, I wanted to get healthy and get in shape (This was going to be my Banner Year). I am happy to say that six months into the year, I have not only lost over 30 pounds, but I am in better shape at 42 than I have been in years! WOW! CFR is the best gym I have ever trained at. I have never experienced any sort of enjoyment from working out until I became a part of CFR and their wonderful Fit Family! When I heard about The camp challenge- 6 week weight loss program that the gym was offering I knew that I couldn't pass it up. The trainers are incredible and 100% supportive, they WANT you to succeed and they are there pushing and encouraging you the whole way. They offer personal training as well as group training (which is what I did). Before you begin training at the gym they do a quick analysis of what you may need to work on and give you corrective exercises designed specifically for you. Those exercises are part of the warm up in the group classes. The trainers walk around during you're workout to assist you in correcting your form to make sure that you're getting the most out of your work out (and that your don't hurt yourself). They also offer nutrition advice and with the Camp Challenge a full on meal plan and grocery list. For me the Diet was the most difficult part. But once again the trainers and staff were there pushing you and motivating you to do your best!!! I love CFR and will definitely continue to train with them! More...

Complete Fitness Results is amazing! I completed the 6 week 20 lb challenge the staff is so supportive and awesome! They make the workouts fun and non competitive. They challenge you to do your best and are great about modifying to everyone's personal abilities to make sure you don't hurt yourself. I haven't felt this good in a long time. I wasn't sure I could do it but they kept me motivated. The diet was hard at first but they really taught me to believe in myself and how to eat healthy and size portions. I would highly recommend this to anyone feeling stuck or just trying to live a healthier lifestyle. I have tried so many different diet and workout plans before this and always plateaued after losing about 15 lbs and would gain the weight back almost immediately after stopping and end up feeling hopeless. When I first heard about this challenge I was skeptical. I was looking for something that would help me not only take off weight, but also become more healthy. Also I had never felt comfortable going to a gym and was hoping to find a way to start exercising. Complete Fitness Results has been an amazing experience. I was part of the 6 week challenge at Complete Fitness Results during which I had access to unlimited classes, learned how to perform meal prep as well as what foods to prepare, and received motivation from the facility as well as other clients. From this I feel better, look better (I lost over 20 pounds), have more energy, and have found much needed motivation to return to a healthier and fitter lifestyle. The trainers and the gym's smart fitness approach have a key Functional Movement Screening that is performed with all new clientele which helps to advise and tailor the classes to each individual's limitations and abilities to avoid injury and allow for safe training. As a physical therapist I have witnesses a lot of bad training, CFR's approach is smart, individualized, and safety focused. The trainers are all very much in tune with this and coach clients in classes to ensure that they are exercising with good habits. There was a different class routine each day of the week Monday through Saturday which was nice for the variety. My only critique in regards to the classes was that they remained the same throughout the full six weeks, I would have preferred a set for the first 3 weeks and then a different set for the final 3 weeks just to keep things more varied and interesting. Scheduling for classes is all very easily done online and can be synced with your smartphone's calendar, you can also opt for email notifications to remind you of classes. This made enrolling in classes very easy and convenient. The only other critique I can offer is that it wasn't very well communicated when weigh ins were open to enroll in, which made getting a time that worked with my work schedule a challenge, but it all worked out. Additionally, the gym does a great job of utilizing Facebook groups to help inform, share (inspiration, recipes, successes, etc...), and communicate with clientele. Overall, I think that CFR is hands down one of the best collection of trainers with sound knowledge and attention to correct form and individualized exercise so as to make a healthy and safe fitness transition no whatever level you desire. This gym is incredible! No other way to put it. I've joined big gyms, I've done small gyms, I've done classes, and I've done P90x along with other Beachbody programs. The classes are difficult, but aren't so bad that you dread coming into the gym the next day.. And the results speak for themselves. I have been to a lot of gyms and CFR is at the top of my list. You won't find a bunch of treadmills or ellipticals, but you are not supposed to! The trainers at CFR are supportive, knowledgable and motivating. They are always there to ask questions and remember how you've improved and comment on it. The circuit styling training is customized to your strengths and weaknesses and I've never felt like I was out of place or at the "gym". Complete Fitness Results is just that results. The staff is very encouraging and as well as the other participants. The environment is spacious and makes training affordable in a group setting. The staff is also friendly and helpful when executing directed exercises so you are using proper form as to not injure yourself. I lost twenty three pounds in a six week challenge eating food that reset my body to no longer crave sugar and unhealthy, processed food. I am so thankful I cam across CFR while scrolling down FB. I must admit at first I was skeptical, especially when it said "lose 20lbs in 6wks for free". I am very glad I followed my mind & joined. This place and the trainers are wonderful. I was privileged to complete the 6 week 20 lb weight loss challenge and we'll surpassed my goal and lost 23.2 pounds. This would not have been possible in such a short amount of time without the dedication and motivation of the trainers at CFR. They were there every step of the way coaching, training, and even participating themselves. A friend asked if I would like to participate in a challenge with her, it all sounded great. I thought about it for days and two days past the starting point of the challenge. I kept coming up with excuses as to why not to do it. Then I realized that I have to do something because I continue to gain weight and keep telling myself that I'm going to do something about it soon. I never would actually start. So I forced myself to sign up for the challenge, I do a lot better when I'm being held accountable by someone other than myself. I went in got the info and started the challenge that evening. I immediately fell in love with it. The trainers were amazing and helped me through the challenge every part of the way. The other participants were so supportive and understood your challenges because they were going through them too. I never expected to see the results I got when I stepped on that scale at the final weigh in. I had lost 20.4 lbs! I went into the 6 week challenge thinking, No problem . . . I can do this. In the end, it is not that I could do it, it was that We could do it. This program would not be possible without the awesome support we receive from all the CFR trainers. That is right, not one trainer, but all of them. They are encouraging, supportive and always there to answer any and all questions. They all knew my name by the second time I walked through the door - that is amazing since they have a lot of people walking through their doors. The support of my family was unbelievable as well, my husband and kids were with me the whole way and the first question from the kids when they got home from school on my final weigh in day was "Did you make it Mom?". My review of Complete Fitness Results(CFR): a true personal training establishment. The challenge: lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks. I accepted that challenge and signed on. How does it work FTDI (Follow The @#$& Instructions) as they are laid out for you. I went to no less than the 5 mandatory workouts a week, listened to their advice on proper workout techniques, followed the meal plans, drank a gallon of water a day and kept a positive mindset of settling for nothing short of meeting my personal goals that I set for myself each week. The end of the 6 week challenge resulted in a total 30.2 pounds lost. But more importantly than the weight loss is the way I now feel about myself and how I again have a positive outlook on my life and moving forward. Saw an advertisement on facebook, naturally attracted to the "free" part of the challenge. Signed up, went to an orientation, got the facts, liked the program. Left the orientation and left the possibility of joining..."Im too busy" Well the day came, they called, I said "no" still too busy. Next morning new I would always have an excuse, so I called back and started the challenge that day. Best decision I ever made, yes I was still busy but decided I am important too. My health and well being do matter and It is Time to honor that. I committed to the work outs, tough at first, but I loved them, I loved the changes that started to take place almost immediately, mentally and physically. I learned more about nutrition and a healthy diet, cant say I followed it to a T because I did not, still some addictive food issues going on there, but I did the best that I could. And it worked, I did lose the 20 lbs, rolled the fees ( that would have been returned to me---the "free" part) into another challenge starting Jan 11. So any locals out there that would like to join me, I would love it! The trainers at CFR are bar none the best! Complete fitness results has changed my life for the better. On November 2nd I took the camp challenge to lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks. My first week of the challenge I started to have second thoughts because I only lost 2 pounds. The second week wasn't any better because I gained. The CFR staff reassured me that if if FTDI ( follow the damn instructions), I would reach my goal. I was skeptical at first. I had attended the orientation and when I heard about the deposit, I was not financially able. So I waited until I was able to afford it. I filled out the application along with my "essay" on why I should be chosen for the challenge. I was so happy when I got the phone call. The first week was very difficult as I was very out of shape. Wow I don't know where to start I was being the typical hater I didn't believe that CFR would do anything for me, that it would be just like any other gym or fitness place. Boy was I shocked I have a bad knee and a shoulder that bothers me at times. But I have to tip my hat to CFR that none of those issues arose to the point where I couldn't do the exercise or finish the challenge. I love this gym. First of all, I found this place via some friends that had done the previous boot camp session. Since joining the boot camp, I’ve lost 23.2 lbs. I honestly did not think it was possible. This is not your average gym, I was quite surprised when I walked in and did not find rows of equipment. Complete fitness results offers High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), don’t let that intimidate you though. The classes, which are group classes, can be personalized to your skill level. However, CFR also offers personal training sessions as well. I feel as though I received a better workout from CFR, than spending an hour on the elliptical and doing some weights at any other gym I’ve been to. The gym has a non-intimidating atmosphere. All the trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, energetic and helpful. They get me motivated every morning I attend class, it’s like a cup of coffee for me. It gives me energy to get through my day. The trainers are all very helpful with directing you through proper form and technique of all the workouts, to make sure you get the most out of the class without injuring yourself. I liked that we did an evaluation to see what areas of improvement are needed. You receive different color bracelets that inform the trainers what you need to work on. They also have you work on correctives. The trainers give instructions on the activities that we will be doing that day. They also walk around to make sure you are doing the exercise properly, they will even help you challenge yourself more by adding more weights or having you do the exercise differently. The trainers also work with you on proper nutrition during the program. We were able to train our bodies not to crave sugar and processed foods and begin eating clean. It’s not one of those crazy programs that have you take a pill or drops to control your appetite. It’s just hard work and doing what is right for your body. I was also very impressed at how well all the trainers knows each of the members and boot camp challengers. Been with Sheila and the It's Time staff for a couple of years now. I love it. I was a part of the September 6week / lose 20lbs group. They call it smart training. When you first come in they do a few exercises to find out your level of mobility. Then they give you a colored band for the one you need modification on such as knees, shoulders, etc. then they give you a corrective to make that part stronger or better. They are making sure you are doing the exercises correctly so you get the most out of it and you don't hurt yourself . I hadn't worked out in awhile so it was nice for them to tell me what to do. They change up the workout and It keeps me moving. They encourage you to keep going. They give you extra help and advice if needed. I felt so empowered when I left. So good about mysrlf. Since I was doing the challenge I had a booklet with all I needed to eat, when and how much. At times it was hard but so worth it. I love Complete Fitness results! completed the 6 week 20 pound challenge! I am so proud to say that with the help of the best gym I've ever been to I lost 23.6 pounds!! I honestly didn't think it was possible, that I had tried everything, that it was too good to be true but I was wrong. The trainers challenge you daily with different workouts and are extremely motivating. It's crazy when you feel like you can't push yourself any harder and then Sarah, Whitney, Matt or Jared tells you to go "110% "or "you're almost done, make this your best round" and then you find that last bit of energy to push through. I love the group training and the ease of signing up for classes I've gotten a lot of motivation from everyone in the gym. Complete fitness results has changed my life for the better, I am very happy about taking the leap and I'm never going back. Update June 13, 2016: I'm glad I did the Alumni Challenge with Complete Fitness Results. It was just what I needed to get myself back on track. In the 6 weeks I have been coming here, I lost 26-1/2 lbs. and have totally changed my eating habits. The trainers and staff really know what they are talking about, and genuinely want to see you succeed in meeting your goals. See I was lucky enough to be introduced to Complete Fitness Gym. First thing I have to say is this is not your average gym. You walk in and there are no rows and rows of equipment. This may seem a bit strange after being around your everyday gyms in the past and you wonder “ok so what am I suppose to do with nothing?” With that first obvious difference that’s where the magic happens! Complete Fitness shows you that all the glitz and glamour are not necessary for success. They also treat you like a person not a number unlike your bigger franchise gyms. The staff are more concerned with making sure you have correct form and are doing exercises properly and safely rather than if you’re able to swipe a card correctly to check in. No matter if you are doing one on one training or group classes you are shown how to approach the exercise correctly and appropriate for your level. At Complete Fitness they have a saying, “Work Smarter Not Harder.” You feel like you are a part of a team who cares about your success. Your success is their success. When I first started with Complete Fitness Gym I told the owner that other franchise gym staff are nice and do their job well enough, but your staff is personable and you can tell they believe in their job. Anyone can be a trainer but a great trainer is able to educate, encourage, and motive a client to want to continue to improve mentally and physically toward being a healthier person. To sum it up Complete Fitness Gym is a gym that has let me believe in myself for the first time in a long time. With their knowledge and support I am seeing positive changes and I love it and I am encouraged to want to go further. I am so impressed with Complete Fitness Results and the trainers! I have always been in some type of physical activity, but lately I had become comfortable and less motivated about doing any type of exercise. My husband is a "workoutaholic", he's always looking up new ways to better oneself, YouTube videos on complete fitness, ordering fitness magazines, etc., anything he could think of to possibly get me over the hump. It was not until he showed me a picture of myself in what I thought was one of my favorite dresses that I noticed that my weight had gotten out of hand. I started exercising on my own, but was not very consistent. Going hard one day, slacking the next, all the way to just saying I'll do better tomorrow, because I'm taking a nap today. My husband came to the conclusion that he would not force me any longer, that the weight loss had to be my plan, not his. He was right! When I got fed up, I ran across a post on Facebook about losing 20lbs in 6 weeks! I said this is exactly what I needed. I went to the seminar and listened to the presentation. I was nervous, because they said the we're only going to choose 30 people. We'll in a couple of days, I was chosen. I then went to the orientation and told us about the training, the meal plan, and if we followed everything they told us we would lose the weight. Classes started that Monday and I committed to going 5 days straight, resting on Saturday and they are closed on Sundays, so that gave me weekends to rest. First week I lost about 6 lbs and thought okay I see progress, then the next two weeks I stayed stagnant, I became discouraged. I talked to the trainers and the immediately corrected what I was doing wrong (not weighing my food, too much protein powder) Boom! Next weigh-in I was going down again. Closer to the end of the challenge I got nervous again, because I could totally see I had lost inches, the rolls were gone, the muscles had started appearing, but the scale was not reflecting what I was seeing. Again, they reassured me to keep following their directions, but added a little extra cardio in the morning! So, at the end of my challenge I not only lost the 20lbs, I lost 23.4lbs and I feel and look great! I huge shout out to my husbsnd,Whitney, Matt, Sarah, Clint, and Jenna for never giving up on me. I found out about Complete Fitness Results through an ad on facebook about their 6 week/ 20 pound challege and thought I'd check it out although I was skeptical at first. That was the day my life changed for the better! This place, this program and these trainers are the most amazing thing that has happened to me in a long time. I signed up for the challege and was excited from the beginning. Yes, there were times when I thought I wouldn't make it or I couldn't do it but the entire staff is there for you! They keep you motivated and on track to reach your goals. They want to see you succeed and are the best support system you could ever ask for. It's HARD to lose weight! My wife and I were looking for a change in our life. We had tried many diets and been to other gyms like club fitness and the YMCA but nothing was able to motivate us like CFR. The camp challenge did wonders for us. The combination of classes along with nutritional instruction was key for us in finding success in our weight loss. The staff was great and always encouraging. I absolutely LOVED the opportunity offered: Awesome program! The money incentive was what I needed to push me back on track! First there is the “6 Week Challenge bible” with less than 30 pages including: Rules for a successful challenge, what to expect so no surprises, easy access to suggestions and ideas, and a food plan strategy. You just cannot get simpler than that: if not on the list you can’t have. Simply, simple to follow! No grey areas! FTDI! I needed the simplicity of this challenge to get me back to a healthier, happier self! I just had my 2nd class. Really love this place. The trainers and owners do not treat it like a regular gym. They all actually show how much they care about everyone!! I found CFR through the 6 week challenge advertising and I am so glad that I did!! Prior to this I was a member of planet fitness and I now understand how " you get what you pay for " applies more in the gym industry than I ever realized. With other gyms I was basically donating money because I would lose interest in going quickly, but would keep the membership active and constantly tell myself " tomorrow i will get back to the gym". At CFR I am excited to go every morning and workout, even thought it means getting up at 5:30 for me. Before this I was barely able to drag myself out of bed by 8 am and get to work at 9. Now I enjoy mornings more than any other part of my day. The trainers are so enthusiastic first thing in the morning and make each person feel like family. I don't know how they remember everyones names, but they make a point to, and it doesn't go un-noticed. I lost 27.4 pounds in 6 weeks doing their challenge and quickly signed up for a year long membership at CFR. This gym and the staff have changed my life style and my outlook on life. What a phenomenal program to join. Complete Fitness Results is where you need to go if you want to lose weight and tone your body. All the trainers are there to help you get to your goal and they push just enough but not to where you get hurt. They make the workouts fun and they go by fast almost wanting you to keep going. I was never hungry as long as you follow the plan. I am able to wear clothes I haven't been in for years. Not only did I hit the goal of 20lbs, but I beat my personal goal of 30lbs (33.4lbs actual weight) in only 6 weeks. They also teach you how to keep it off and have a better more enjoyable life. This is the smartest way to train! CFR helped me get a handle on my nutrition by providing the plan and then encouraging me to stay the course. The prescreening makes it easier for the trainers to know what you can and can't do. They push you to your limit, not someone else's! The workouts are tough but fun and quick! The weight came off without starving myself and forced me into a clean eating habit that I can continue as a healthy lifestyle . Are you kidding me?  This is the BEST gym ever! Met with Beatriz who waited for us even though we were LATE! She was then the picture of professionalism, enthusiasm, and no hard selling. She taught the Kangoo class and it is super fun and memorable! I think this must be an equivalent experience to a Rave, however, I am not certain. The gym and equipment were so PRISTINE that I had thought they just opened! It looks like they have been around for awhile, but you would never know it from the look of things! The owner obviously is very passionate about fitness. I wish I had found Lance and Fitness Results 30 years ago! It has literally been life changing. I have energy and have found lots of new activities because of my training with Lance. I bike, kayak, etc. Fitness Results is not your typical gym. It is a beautiful facility, but more than that, it just feels good to be there. Lance has a great way about him that makes you feel very safe, capable and comfortable. The entire team is top notch. Unlimited Fitness Result is absolutely amazing!! Before I started unlimited fitness I already lost 46lbs on my own. I was getting bored going to the gym and doing the same thing everyday. My aunt recommended us to go to Ira's bootcamp man or man the first day I was sweating and soooo sore but the trainers and Ira are so motivating and makes you want to come back every time!!! Awesome gym and awesome staff!  My wife and I received personal training sessions with Lance, who owns the place.  I've never had such efficient and effective workouts in my life.  She's lost 30 lbs in 4 months and I've lost 20lbs over the same period.  He also works with you on nutrition and well as the weight training so that you reach your goals.   Lance truly knows his craft and trains local interns frequently from the local colleges.  Apart form the weight training sessions, they also offer many different fitness classes.  It seems that there is some for everyone. Woaaaaah!! This place is sooooo cool!!! Not only will I get a great workout, I will learn some new dance moves for the cluuuuub! We went to the Kangaroo Jumps class and it was awesome! You put these crazy Kangaroo Jump shoes on and you feel like you are going to fall flat on your face! But it's all balanced. It really works your hips and core. I would totally wear them out in public just to get my workout. The staff is super friendly and very attentive to everyone's needs. One of the people saw that my shoe was loose and he helped me tighten them so that I would NOT fall and die. The facility was clean and I had a great workout! Yayy! They are a little pricey but you get a variety of classes (boot camps, etc...)..ps...I had to change my rating to 5 stars. I just went last night again and the instructor BROUGHT IT! I can't feel my thighs...I LOVE IT! :) More...

In comparison to the bigger gyms the price is comparable if not better.  When I spend money I tend to look at the value versus the number.  A private and clean facility with high end equipment to go along with a high end staff, it's worth every penny.  Plus, no sweat left by some neanderthal is a great plus! I left Fitness Results in an effort to save cash in between jobs and unfortunately my new career has moved me to the LA area or else I would be back with Lance in a heartbeat!  I was in the best shape I have ever been when I trained with Lance. I actually had guns, well, pistols...there was muscle ok, I had a triceps. He trained me through some minor injuries and prepared me for my active life; snowboarding, basketball, tennis, running and golf.  I gained a good amount of muscle with Lance and was very happy with my results, all buff and stuff.When I left I figured I was prepared to be on my own...and I was, I knew how to work out, I just didn't know how to push myself.  I was good for about 4 months then I lost motivation.  This is where the value comes in, Lance is the ultimate motivator.  He learns how to get the best out of you and helps you reach YOUR goal.  He holds you accountable and will work with your schedule.  Knowing that my money would be wasted if I missed also helped hold me accountable.  Lance is great at keeping it fresh and challenging.  He will show you your progress if you don't see it for yourself right away and will show you that your body is capable of a lot more than you think.If you are out of shape and want real results in a personal environment that eliminates the awkward crowded gyms then give Lance and the team a call!
