I have been a client of Sarah, from Fitness On The Go for about 2 months now. I am pleased to say that I am very happy with her training.

I love how she is able to read my mood on any particular training day. So much so, that she will take it easy when she has too! Sometimes it’s not always go, go, go and I believe she gets it! From my perspective this is a lifestyle, not a race to the finish. I look forward to our work outs and that for me is enough. My weight loss is not drastic but gradual. I know for sure I am getting stronger.

Today I was able to do an exercise I wasn’t able to do before and it felt great! My endurance level has gone up a lot and my mood is elevated more than usual. Thank you Sarah!!

Fitness on The Go has changed my life! No excuses for not going to the gym when the gym comes to you. I save time on commuting, don’t deal with intimidating gym machines, and most of all, no putting off the gym until “tomorrow” - my trainer comes to me, customizes my workouts for me, gets me motivated, pushes me to work harder, be stronger, and be the healthiest version of myself. For anyone who is looking to workout, whether your new, or just need to change things up I cannot recommend Fitness On The Go enough for results that equal a happier, healthier, you! More...

I trained with Fitness On The Go's Majid Watfa for almost 3 months, unfortunately I had to stop my trainings however I was able to get back into the habit of working out, became a morning person and lost 20lbs!

Niels danudjaja has been my personal trainer for the last 2 years. I can honestly say I am a different person since we started training with him. 40 pounds lost and a whole lot of confidence gained( maybe to much). Niels gets to know your strengths and weaknesses and plays on your strengths to make you fall in love with fitness and get strong as hell without evan knowing your doing it. He is so knowledgeable, creative in his workout plans, sensitive to my medical/joint restrictions and has managed, in a very short period of time, to improve my flexibility, posture, strength and cardiovascular fitness! Fitness on the Go has been great for me ! It fits into my busy life so much better then going to a gym. My personal trainer Travis Tilley is fantastic he has challenged me , encourages me & corrected me so I do not injure myself ! When I started with my fitness test 6 weeks ago I was timed at approxamently 8.5 min & now I did it around 5.5 min. So pretty great ! Excited to get started!!!

I think first and foremost is communication and listening to the client - what they like, don't like ect.. We will only be drill Sargents if you ask! (Just kidding). Many people work with personal trainers but the reality is, most trainers just aren't properly trained in program planning and progression in order to achieve results and correct any muscular imbalances or posture issues. Building a solid foundation and relationship with the client comes first. Holding the client accountable to we have set up to do in the beginning is just as important. If we have to text you everyday to see what you ate and if you completed your workout on your own, WE WILL! We are extremely dedicated to our clients.

Diligence. Patience. Not being too hard on yourself to slip-ups! We are all human. Who doesn't like a nice slice of pizza every once in awhile?! Don't hate me for this, but there is no secret! Hard work, a positive attitude and willingness to learn is exactly what will get you there. You have to have the right attitude and mindset that slowly but surely, you will get stronger, lose weight, and feel healthier one day at a time.

So I am a personal trainer and the owner of Fitness on the Go in the GTA. I have an awesome team of about 15 certified personal trainers that work for me. I am extremely picky of the trainers I decide to hire to service you. We travel to wherever is most convenient for you to train: at home, at work, at a park, in a gym! We are very flexible and work between 5am and 9pm. I love this job because I love all our fantastic stories of clients we have helped ranging from cancer patients to teenagers, families, seniors, companies, and even people in wheelchairs with limitations. Making a difference in someone else's life is why we wake up early every day.

More flexibility to be creative with clients. When you work for a big box gym, everything is very structured and you as a trainer have little to no say over what to do with the client. I wanted to be able to have the freedom to design my own programs how I felt was important for the client.

With Fitness on the Go, you can be EXTREMELY confident in working with any one of our certified personal trainers. They are all screen the hand-selected to ensure our clients are safe and getting the results that they want. If the trainer we match you up with just isn't the right fit for you, feel free to switch at any time in your training program with us. We train our trainers to deliver "client-centred training". Our job is to motivate and hold you accountable to achieving your goals and show you that you are capable of SO MUCH MORE than you think :) LET'S DO THIS!
