Community members were complaining about the services of fitness on the go, PT trainers themselves were saying they worked for free because they don't help get leads. I applied myself to see what they meant. The cost is nearly half to set up your own PT business, and you could end up working for free as they don't help with leads. Interviewer was late, rescheduled and the background was unkept. 12 PT's in BC applied and none got called back, it very much is a scam prying on the uneducated to work for free. As if we don't have a group and all talk to each other about businesses in the space. More...

This company is not straight forward! They hook you in a one year contract with reasonable pricing per training session; however, if things doesn’t turn out and you want to stop they charge your premium $$$ for a start up quality trainer!!! No packages, No values for the price you paid. It had been a month since I requested cancellation and still they haven’t gotten back to to me with a solution. Bad company to do business with!!!! Thanks to Andrew (Calgary) for giving me the option to do my initial session outdoors. I was impressed with his extensive experience and knowledge. He provided valuable suggestions on how to stretch and adjust my posture to ease tension on a swim shoulder injury and showed me a more effective modification for pushups other than on my knees that I’ve never seen before! Amazing service and support from Coleen here in Kamloops Fitness on the go! She was so supportive and made our first venture back into fitness for a while such fun and was incredibly informative. Training with Mary has been a blast. Before I started exercising with her, I was stuck with weight training and not making much progress. Exercising became very repetitive and boring. Now, though, every session is fun, and there is almost always a different exercise or variation she has for me.

Throughout the past month and a half, she has helped me make noticeable improvements to both of my targets; flexibility and functional strength. Each week I’m doing things I could not do during the previous week.

Whether it is encouraging me to finish off a set, or reminding me to eat well, Mary is consistently pushing to set new goals and hit them, but is always aware of when to calm things down to analyze and improve.

I’m feeling more energetic, confident, sleeping better, and getting compliments regarding my physical appearance (which I never got before).

Choosing Mary as a trainer has been a great decision for me, both physically and mentally. Anyone who decides to start their health journey with her won’t be disappointed.

Niels danudjaja has been my personal trainer for the last 2 years. I can honestly say I am a different person since we started training with him. 40 pounds lost and a whole lot of confidence gained( maybe to much). Niels gets to know your strengths and weaknesses and plays on your strengths to make you fall in love with fitness and get strong as hell without evan knowing your doing it. Niels brings a positive great attitude to each workout which make him a great motivator. Glad I made that call. More...

To make sure my clients get the best success towards their goals, I find ways to make fitness a fun and enjoyable hobby that can part of their lifestyle. Working on the barriers that prevent them from attaining their goal, my clients are ensured that their goals will be met by making fitness a long term commitment they promise themselves.

The secret of getting the body of your dreams is consistency and perseverance. Being motivated to get the dream body can be difficult but when their is perseverance and consistency to your goal, it will happen.

What I love the most about my job is being able to help people get their goals. Weather it be little accomplishments or hitting the goals we set, it feels great to know that the clients do what they set out to do. The reward of seeing people conquer their fear and start a new hobby is amazing.

Clients should choose me because I work on changing long term habits; where they are able to choose better choices for themselves. I understand that it can be difficult to change lifestyles, so I try to pave a proper map to help them get to their goal.
I also have a in-depth knowledge of nutrition, making customizable meal plans easy. I can also do vegetarian and vegan meal plans too.
