About Fitness MATTers
I offer tailored training sessions either at home,outside or a local gym (non contract), I have several years experience dealing with body transformation and always offer continues support to all my clients. I give detailed nutritional advice so your diet compliments your goals. I fully commit my self to helping my clients achieve there goals and i am always contactable to answer any questions or just to offer support whenever my clients need it.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I thoroughly go through my clients needs and abilities in order to tailor a routine that will enable them to reach there goals as efficiently as possible. I also look at my clients diets and tweak them so that they complement there goals.
it is also important for my sessions to be both enjoyable and challenging by doing this my clients will get a larger benefit from there sessions and not feel like there fitness journey is a chore.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is there isn't one, if you want the body of your dreams it comes through hard work and dedication. If you want that body of your dreams it takes a lot of commitment and having a set plan. Don't make your goals unrealistic you wont look amazing after 2 weeks at the gym it takes month even years dependent on your goal, instead set small achievable targets that will add up to your main goal.
What do you love most about your job?
I am very lucky to do a job i genuinely love, I have always been a big fitness fan so having the opportunity to help others achieve there goals is the most rewarding and amazing thing

I am extremely dedicated to my clients goals there is no better feeling than knowing you helped someone achieve there goal. I make all my sessions both beneficial and enjoyable, after all who is going to continue doing a workout they hate.
