Both clubs where under 12k sq. ft. and gross over $1.3 and $1.5 in sales per year( 60%) increase. As a owner I have to say it was the single most impactful thing I did to help increase the clubs production. I'v used his basic fundamentals the last 20 years in our Youth Baseball Facilities I highly recommend Jim to help your Club(s) with there operations.
