Went to see Mark as a gift from the missus for a 60 min sports massage. Explained all the aches and pains and mark went to it. Very friendly and professional covered what he was doing and why which helps being that i had physio previous year on my neck amd still had pain. he worked through several areas and gave helpful advice for management of the problems. Definitely worth the visit. Thanks More...

Getting started on a new fitness program is often the hardest part, that's why we focus on helping to create realistic goals and get in the best possible mindset from the outset to stay on track.

It's also so important to focus on recovery after a tough workout and getting the right fuel for your training so we work to each of these as part of your Personal Training program.

Getting to see my clients achieve such incredible results and transformations in their fitness and how this impacts on all other areas of their lives including family, relationships, career, finances and being able to be a part of their journey!

I haven't always been incredibly interested in fitness, I was the least fit in my class as I started secondary school and I started to feel embarrassed and ashamed at always coming last. At the age of 15, I discovered I was able to improve my fitness by applying myself to regular circuit classes and strength sessions and I found a passion for hockey and swimming. I later went on to compete in British Uni swim finals and joined the University Hockey team which wouldn't have been possible without the support of my sports coaches at school.

Subsequently, I became really interested in sports coaching to share my experiences with others and then moved into Personal Training. I now enjoy focusing on Injury Rehabilitation, Fat Loss and Strength and Conditioning to have a more in-depth grasp of how to help my clients get the best possible results when combined with massage and other recovery/rehab protocols.

To have a trainer that deeply cares about improving my clients lives and who has lived through the struggles of being unfit and feeling inferior to others for not being in great shape. I enjoy giving my clients the best possible experience during each session and keeping them motivated to continue to improve in their overall fitness journey.
