Jeff Riley is exceptionally knowledgeable yet humble. For as long as he has been in the fitness/nutrition/health industry, if there is something he does not have the answer to, he shows no hesitation to reach out to other professionals or research to help his clients. At times he is more in tune with what is going on than physicians. But besides all of his expertise, he is a lot of fun!
