I worked with Colin twice, and found the experience both enjoyable and helpful. I was a bit apprehensive (I was over 60 when we met) about how good he'd be at developing routines for an older person — most of his clients were young — but he was great
. I was challenged and my fitness improved a lot, but I don't believe I was ever asked to do anything beyond the pale.
