This place has really made a good name for itself well at least to myself, my wife, and the fitness forever gym community. The positive environment of no judgements and just hard work and sweat and grit benefits through the staff when you walk in and to the Owner Chris. I respect the hard work of changes the gym has made with the new addition of equipment and space and even a new school of health nutrition being a Vegan smoothie and food spot soon to open. We've been a member of Fitness Forever for a little over 5 months and have taken most if not all of their Les Mills on Demand classes (which we get unlimited-access to,) as well as the instructor lead classes. This gym is immaculately clean and the gym equipments are new and cutting edge tools which helps us upgrade our cardio routine and shred fat. They also focus on Functional Fitness which essentially trains your muscles together with your brain to prepare you holistically to do daily moments you do at home, at work and in sports. This is the customized, individualized training regiment that you will benefit from Master Trainer, Chris G. We have noticed an incredible amount of progress on our core movements including our endurance as Anna plays more tennis and us we continue on running more races. We like the warmth of Adam, the knowledge and expertise of Chris and Ellen's candor and fashion sense. needless to say, we'll be her for a while and the members are awesome! Super clean. Comfortable to work out at. People are respectful both staff as well with the other people working out. One thing I always had a problem was feeling comfortable. Been working out at Fitness Forever for a little over a year. I mostly take the live and virtual classes, including les mills' grit, bodypump, rpm and bodycombat. This is a great place! Very motivational, with small classes, friendly people and well-maintained (and clean) equipment. Ellen, Nicole and Lynette are energetic instructors who care about your progress and help you get the most out of your workout. Highly recommended, even if you're just visiting. More...

I’m not the “gym” type but for the last few months Chris has been training me 3 days a week and I can’t thank him enough. He’s so supportive, friendly, and encourages me along the way pushing me to be a better me . He’s very passionate, super knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, and always a positive influence to my week. I never feel intimidated at this facility. Inside Fitness Forever, it’s always spotless, and the encouragement everyone has for each other to be a better self is very inspiring. Anyone that knows me!!knows I made a decision last year to change my lifestyle. I’ve been to other gyms but would always fall back into old habits. That was over a year ago.
