I am a guy that doesn't really enjoy the gym scene - I just joined and it's been great so far! The 24 hour access is awesome, the variety of equipment is clutch, plus the staff members that I have met have been great.

I work with the owner, Keith Zoeller, a former trainer for the Miami Dolphins and one of his great trainers, Alex Schultz, three times per week. I highly recommend joining and signing up for lessons! I have been training with them for 6 weeks, 3 times a week and on a ketogenic type eating plan that's goal is to build muscle. I've lost TWO DRESS SIZES while gaining strength and mobility in my frozen shoulders. Shoulders I was told needed to be replaced. And decreased pain and increased strength and mobility in my (previously) painful back.No brow beating, yelling or bullying.
