I have been working with Stefania for about 5 years. What makes her a great trainer is that she takes into account, not just fitness levels and goals, but also specific health issues that impact your ability to respond. She tailors the sessions to suit your body and doesn't drive you with unrealistic expectations. It might take a little longer but you still achieve your goals and you never, NEVER, feel she's letting you off lightly! Stefania is always learning and improving her understanding of the body, health and the general environment we live in so she is not one-dimensional. It's really important to work out with a trainer who has a holistic understanding and appreciation for health and well being because what's happening inside is as important as what we look like on the outside. Absolute spot on training. I used Steph after I had my second child and she helped me get back into better shape than I’d ever been. I started training with Stefania a bit more than one and a half years ago. Not only has she helped me to get fit, but she has also assisted me with my diet. As a result, I have lost more than 20kg. Her one to one classes are tailor made to my needs and have never been boring. Stefania has a great skill to motivate people. We start with a free consultation where we go through all your goals , what you have tried in the past, what worked and what didn’t , we analyse your diet and do a full body composition analysis including weight , body fat%, muscle mass , bone mass, hydration level, visceral fat, metabolic rate , metabolic age , etc ... as well as take take measurements of your ‘problem’ areas to determine how far you are from your goal and then we agree on the best action plan for you to get you to achieve what you want in a realistic and manageable way.

I will monitor your diet regularly to guide you and support you and every month we will do measurements reviews to monitor progress and make any adjustments needed to ensure success .

I don’t out people on diets , I teach you how to eat healthily in line with your goals and your lifestyle , so you can maintain it long term.

Commitment to your goals and consistency day in day out ... most of all , listen to your personal trainer !!

Everything !!! I love anything to do with health and fitness , I soecialise in obesity and diabetes , so many of my clients come to me with serious health condition like diabetes , high cholesterol , high blood pressure , fatty liver ... not just wanting to lose weight. There is nothing more rewarding than hearing a client tell you their blood test results were back to normal after working with me and they reduced it completely came off medication !! Priceless !

I love training and have a very keen interest in nutrition too ... it was a natural progression for me to do a job that allowed me to match my 2 passions : fitness and nutrition

I have over 8 years experience in personal training , I hold the highest personal training qualification available in the U.K. ( REPS Level 4), I am also a nutritional therapist and offer DNA testing as well as food intolerance testing and gut health testing ... all of this to ensure I offer my clients a full package that looks at their training program , nutrition, health and lifestyle , rather than just exercise.
