this is a real gym and a great environment to build muscle. the gym to me is not a fashion show or a art gallery to show your tattoos, you don't put bumper stickers on a Ferrari and there is a judgment zone in a gym because you must be there to meet your goals

I had the opportunity to try a workout while I was in Eugene. Great facility, had the equipment that I needed, and I didn't have to wait for anything. Very clean and well organized, and the staff is very friendly (even though I was wearing a competitor's t-shirt)! I love this gym. Honestly, it's getting better all the time. The staff is super nice, there's only three, but they're awesome. They have a really good deal for veterans and police on their membership. It's usually really clean in there too. I mean, I'm not asking for a lot in a gym, barbell, dumbbells, squat rack, treadmill. Great atmosphere. I have met the owners and all of the trainers and have had nothing but positive interactions with them. For the most part the members come in and do what needs done but have always been willing to help if I've had a question . Even with all of that you simply cant beat the price! lf you live within a 10 mile radius of Bailey Hill road (Across from Churchill High School) this is the gym you should be using. Just my opinion. Overall my experience here as just been ok. For a long time there were only a few classes offered which was disappointing, but they've recently added a lot more. Unfortunately the owner of the building decided to cut the space in half, resulting in a much smaller facility. Prices are reasonable for what you get.
