Personal Trainers

Jonny is fantastic! I was nearvous about booking a PT but he made me feel at ease from the start. He took on board my overall goal and pushed me to really acheive it. His help and advice was great, taking into consideration my home and work life (he had me doing squats with my 2 year old! 😄) and he was always happy to answer my many queations, no matter how silly.

I would highly recommend him! Thanks Jonny!

Jonny is great, we have recently started training with Jonny who has given us the motivation to workout . The sessions are full of variety and just the right balance of intensity/ motivation. He is super friendly and has been flexible in arranging our sessions.I love that he has given us nutrition advice and help with some programmes for the gym.

I’ve been training with Jonny for the past 3 weeks and I can’t recommend him enough! He listens to what the client wants to achieve and formulates the work outs around the client’s goals. Me and my boyfriend have been training with Jonny for a few weeks now and he is brilliant. So helpful and knowledgable. He has put a structured workout plan for us on the days we don’t see him and has given us lots of nutritional information to take us to the next level of being able to achieve our goals.
He is always willing to help and share his knowledge and checks in with us each week.

Finding a PT that can tailor your needs and really go in depth to ensure your weight loss goals and strength gains are exactly right is very rare. Johnny was recommended to me by a friend and I can honestly say “he is the best” my strength gains make me feel like I’m 21 again and not feeling or looking like a 47 year old with a Dad bod.
