Hello World! My name is Lin. I was born and lived most of my life in France before relocating to MA. I earned my CPT in early 2017 and it has changed my life. I have always enjoyed fitness and believe that it is a major component to good healthy living. I love that I am able to help people reach their goals and feel good, to change lives. As a trainer I think one of my most important duties is providing specific tailored programs for each individual client. I specialize in core training, aerobics, muscle strength, body building, and weight loss. I love that no matter your fitness level or age, there are wins available and also room to grow.
