This studio has everything you need for your functional training but in a more intimate environment. The classes are small so you feel like you are getting individual PT rather than being just a number in a sea of faces. I’m a very experienced runner, 5km - 200 miles. I’ve been doing personal training (PT) with Steve in this local, small and bespoke studio since January 2018.
It was a fantastic decision! I’ve become stronger, more functional and my glutes can get me up hills far easier!

Abi and Steve are awesome - so encouraging, they make you want to work harder without pushing - everything they say is positive.
The atmosphere is warm and friendly and they made me feel very welcome. The studio has got some fantastic equipment and is very clean. The workouts are so much fun and everything is adaptable to suit different fitness levels, plus they shake things up every month so you don’t get bored doing the same things.

I love my personal training sessions with Abi at Fitbox 25. Abi has helped to transform me from a total gymophobe to someone who is confident in lifting weights and attending exercise classes.
