I've been training with Tris since June 2016. Over that time I've seen some fantastic results which would have been difficult to achieve without his support, commitment and training style. At the start we discussed what I wanted to achieve and he advised me on the type of programme that would help me achieve my goals. We talked about maintaining motivation and commitment and agreed a training partnership which has made me feel like I'm not on my own, because at times it does get hard and then it's easy to make excuses and not train. Tris has kept me honest and as a result I'm achieving my goals. I've seen real results which has made me more motivated to keep going and set new goals. I feel great and that's thanks to Tris' support, style and approach to personal training.
Trying to achieve a level of fitness I had before taking a desk job nearly seven years ago. I had tried the gym but didn't have the motivation and gave up rather easily when the going got tough. I knew I needed someone to push me and was attracted to Trist's unique approach.
First session was a killer and Trist was quick to recognise that I was struggling so didn't push too hard and gave me plenty of opportunity to catch my breath. 'Little Steps' he say's.
Looking forward to taking larger steps, regaining my fitness, losing weight and feeling a whole lot healthier. I believe it will be easily done with Trist's training and motivation.

He understands that finding a training schedule that works with your lifestyle is key to getting results . I am a busy working mum and have no time for lengthy gym sessions . Or the money to commit to hours of personal training !
Trist writes me a personal programme that I can do at home switching it monthly ! It's amazing and I can commit to it fully ! Which means I've seen great results !!! He is always there for support and I weigh and measure in with him twice a month to keep track ! It's been 8 weeks and I have dropped a dress size taking me to an 8-10! Brilliant ! No gimmicks no fuss just a simple plan that's fitted into my life and lots of support and motivation throughout !
I started Fitbox bootcamp about July time and am absolutely loving it. Tris is great and you really get an all round workout. Being a runner for most of my life (not so much at the moment thou) I limited gym sessions to cardio rather than weights (too boring and didnt want to get too muscly). However bootcamp combines it all in a fun friendly group environment. I would recommend Tris and bootcamps if your looking to get fit and/or lose weight ��
I started with Fitbox on the 30th October 2017 (having personal 1-2-1's) every other day for an hour, and have lost 3 pounds! and went to work this morning and everyone said wow, have you lost weight! So happy. Loving Fitbox and loving My Fitness Pal that Tristram told me to do! The two together are a powerful tool! I might even post a bikini pic when on holiday (2nd week in December) the way I'm going! Feeling great :)
