Staines and Weybridge Fitbox offers personal training within a private environment. No busy commercial gyms like pure, virgin etc with busy peak times. All of our sessions are tailored to each individual. Both studios are equipped with the right equipment to manage a full range of clients with varied goals. Home call outs and online training are available upon request.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We help all our clients achieve their desired goals by having a realistic approach. Everyone is different, we certainly do not run a "one fits all" regime. We organise a plan between trainer and client to reach their goals in the most efficient way possible.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The 'secret' is to be realistic, be patient and to be consistent with regards to training and diet. Know that dieting (and i don't mean juice plus or these silly 800calorie a day diets) is the key... (in our opinion)
What do you love most about your job?
Fitbox trainers love seeing our clients progress. Having the ability to impact a clients lifestyle through personal training. Seriously no better feeling than achieving a target, no matter how big or small.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Fitbox Personal Training studios have been created for the simple reason, we want to offer something better than what is already out there! Genuine training and advice for our clients. No gimmicks or fads, real training that delivers.
