Fit4Mom Meridian Township

I was in from out of town and came to 2 Stroller strides classes and they were awesome! I felt very welcomed and got amazing workouts.

I took stroller strides classes for a couple months before I moved and loved them! It is such a great work out and an amazing group of moms. My little guy hates the stroller but I was able to baby wear and still participate. The instructors are able to give alternate exercises based on your/babies needs. Abby is the sweetest and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience! I have continued classes in SC and am enjoying them but wish some of these amazing ladies were here too! The most authentic, loving, supportive group of women I've ever met! The workouts are fantastic and the instructors are amazing. So much fun for both mom and baby! We love Our Village play group too! Participating in both Stroller Strides and Body Back has made me a better wife and mom and I'm so thankful for Fit4Mom Meridian Township! More...
