My balance and co-ordination is much improved. I really look forward to my Monday morning fitness session. The instructor is very friendly and especially trained in teaching fitness to the over-50s.

I have enjoyed learning the sequence of gentle exercises in Tai Chi every week. I find the sessions challenging but not in a stressful way. The lessons have made me more aware of the need to maintain good balance as I get older and to try to be more graceful! The sessions have also helped my husband's problem with leg cramps. We are hoping that training ourselves to remember the sequences of movements will keep our minds active as well as our bodies!! More...

I have attended Tai Chi with Tina from Fit4lifeover 50 for just over a year now. In this time I have noticed an increase in flexibility particularly after I've been sat in the car for a while.
I used to feel quite stiff but now I don't.
I really enjoy the classes concentrating on the movement in peaceful surroundings. It is a really relaxing end to the week.
The group are very friendly and welcoming whilst Tina is very supportive and encouraging. I'm really glad I found this group.
