Excellent support throughout training experience. Dave has gone through dietary plans and training routines to adapt to my busy lifestyle. Having him help and motivate me has encouraged me to stay on my path with training seeing further results that I didn't think was even possible. Before training with Dave I was 185 pounds. After a year of hard work and motivation it has finally payed off. I am now 141 pounds and still pushing on with his help.
