I've been working with Austin for 12 sessions now. I've had previous gym experience but have always become intimidated whenever I plateaued. I would like to focus on strength training and prepare for a Spartan race. Since then, Austin has customized a workout plan that is both realistic and specific to me. I approached Austin hoping that I could get in shape for ROTC training. He did much more than that. He taught me proper ways to work out the body, showed me different methods for working out as well as helped improved different muscles. Austin showed me how to properly use the machines at a gym. Austin is a very fun guy to workout with and he always knows what he is doing. He motivated me to push myself whether it was early in the morning or late evening. I can say that he is an excellent personal trainer and would highly recommend him. Training with Austin has been an amazing experience. He is personable, knowledgeable, and an overall excellent trainer. As a former competitive swimmer, I was looking for somebody who could coach me through more routines/exercises and teach me more about nutrition in order to reach my fitness goals. Austin has gone above and beyond to ensure that we hit those goals. And the results are noticeable. When I first went to Austin I was so out of shape I could barely do a sit up or squat. Getting through the 15 minute assessment was tough!
But now I am able to do boot camp twice a week, and weight train twice a week. In less than 3 months I am down 2 pant sizes and have toned up.
I feel a sense of accomplishment. It has been a satisfying journey physically, mentally and spiritually.
And I could not have achieved so much without my trainer Austin. He is so motivational and encouraging. He genuinely wants to see me succeed. He is incredibly knowledgeable and is focused on teaching the right exercises the right way. I am so thankful for him. Thank you Austin!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Pickle juice! Im kidding... Honestly, there is no secret. Just determination, hard work, consistency, and patience.
What do you love most about your job?
There are so many reasons why I enjoy Personal Training but ultimately it's making people smile and feel better about themselves. I watched my clients blossom into more confident and healthier looking people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Im going to rephrase the question to: What inspired me to become a Personal Trainer? Honestly, my Senior Chief in the Navy gave me an assignment that changed the course of my life. He put me directly in charge of keeping my squadron in shape throughout deployment. I hosted group workouts on the ship and wrote up diet plans. I started offering 1 on 1 training for those that needed the extra help. I fell in love in what I was doing for others and I had a natural talent for it. After the Navy I started focusing on a career in Personal Training.
