FitZone is the bomb dot com for real. I decided to try it out on August 1st and have loved EVERY SINGLE class & instructor. They are all so different, each time, every time & I value the staff and their warmth and motivation to have you be your best. I really enjoy working out here. Excellent equipment and gym terrain, friendly and upbeat trainers, and overall great energy to be around. They've recently changed the classes offered to be able to provide  a variety options for all fitness levels and goals. You can sign up for unlimited classes, two classes a week, or once a week; whichever you find suits your needs. I'd recommend you give this fitness studio a try! More...

Seriously love FitZone & every instructor I've encountered. It is everything I was not expecting - kind, welcoming, FAMILY feels and so much motivation, I literally feel so great about myself leaving. I can't wait to go back every time. I've taken a huge variety of their classes and loooove how they know you by name, welcome you back, bid you farewell and it's just.. the best. A lot of workout facilities like this are come & go, people in and out like whatever. But this place is a true gem and I've tried a LOT of these gyms in Ventura County. Instructors (I haven't had them all)Ali, okay, crazy motivational and on a constant level of positivity that I'm like  and it's so contagious!Renee: Pushes you, is funky, keeps you focused but is also wildly hysterical in distracting you from the pain John: Took boxing with him and it was incredible. So hard to describe but his technical skills and what he expects are out of this world. I can't wait to take boxing with him again tbh. Molly: Uhhh she's the best. Love love! The best gym! They are all so kind! Caring and really know what they are doing. The offer classes early in the morning and are always doing great activities at beach as well! I’ve been a member at FitZone for 3 years. The consistent quality of their workouts is amazing. They do not stay the same and become routine, and the trainers are enthusiastic, supportive and very good at what they do. Rarely can you quantify have much you love something, but let me tell you how much I love FitZone. It has been three months since I recommitted to a healthy lifestyle. i admit not a fan of gyms.ive had injuries to shoulder i took a leap of faith and joined fitzone after taking a free class. . everyone from the front desk to the trainers.. heather, renee molly and john have welcomed me..nervous and scared as im pushing myself out of my comfort zone. its a great place to be. i love how the trainers show modified moves for those that have a fewlimitations. i have new found energy and muscles are getting stronger. I moved here almost 2 years ago and I can not believe I didnt have fitzone in my life any sooner!! Fit Zone has become my happy place. I also did the 21 day Keto Challenge I lost almost 10 lbs and inches from my waistline ,arms and thighs!! Molly and David made me feel welcomed and confident from day one!! The whole staff and members treat each other like family and are so helpful!! if you are in or near Ventura this is the place to be to get healthy, stronger, and just to feel great in general. Over the last month (March 2019) I've taken just about every single class that Fit Zone has to offer and met every single trainer. This is truly a great group of people assembled her. Every trainer has encourage me to work a bit harder while being respectful of limitations. I love the way they throw in humor throughout the class. Sure does make the hour easier to get through. Most of the trainers take the time and effort to learn names and I'm always met with a friendly smile at the door. There is a nice variety of classes offered at various times throughout the day. My personal favorite is Lift which focuses on strength training while still getting your heart rate up.On a very personal note I want to acknowledge the sense of community offered by Fit Zone. I lost my home in the Thomas Fire and what a crazy time that was. Fit Zone did a tremendous job of organizing donations and generous, kind people to help fire survivors. I remember walking in, still very shell-shocked, to be greeted with warm hugs to a center set up to provide us with many of the necessities needed to reestablish a home. And food! I love Fitzone, all of the instructors are wonderful people and so enthusiastic. They are always ready to give you a great workout and no 2 days are the same. Everyday is different, and gives you different workout that is effective. I always feel so motivated for the day after I leave. Bought a couple groupons for various gyms in Ventura, used the Fitzone one first and knew right away this is the gym for me! Hence, purchased a year! Loving all the instructors and how they change up your workout daily! Super motivating!!!! In addition, they make working out fun and the hour goes by super fast! I’ve only been a member for a little over a month, but so far love the gym atmosphere, the friendly staff and trainers. I feel energized after the workouts and have noticed I am getting stronger with each week. The price is much higher than the big gyms, but I believe it’s really worth the investment to stay healthy and build strength. So far I like it a lot. Having scheduled classes is also something that motivates me. If I have the schedule set and paying money for it, I am more likely to stick to it.. More...

I would either slack off or get injured by doing things I shouldn’t or personal trainers would simply cost too much money. I am so stoked to have found FitZone Ventura. The staff and instructors are encouraging, the place is clean, the gear is great and the people are super cool, laid-back and easy to get along with. I just show up and get my butt handed to me on a platter. I don’t have to figure it all out (what exercises, how many reps, how long, etc.). I just make the effort and try to keep up with the class. FitZone is truly a blessing from God for me. The costs are reasonable for what I get out of it and so far it's been extremely awesome! More...
