This gym is the best. The different programs available work every element of the body, to give you overall improvement. There is also personal training which is great and very useful if you need to work on something specific or you don't want to be part of a class. I have going to Fit Studios for 6 months now, and it's been a great
experience. The trainers help you a lot with the work out ( great way to
work out, by the way) and with good advices about food and diets. They are
very patient, even with the ones who are not English speakers ☺️ Highly
Love this gym! No matter where I have trained I have never seen results like I do at Fit Studios! I was never a gym person until I came here, the trainers get to know you and are constantly improving your technique! I couldn't recommend it more!
I am currently doing the 8 week abs with 2 friends. We opted for the 6:30 am - 7:30 am coarse as if your going to do something you should fully commit. That is the only way to describe Steve and the people working at TRX, Fully Committed. All 3 of us have signed up for the next 8 weeks. Workouts are varied and fun. There's no ' go till you puke' madness, it's smart, fun and the trainers are accessible and give attention to form and progress. I really love it.
