We took our nearly 7 year old Boxer to Fit n Furry and they were wonderful with handling him being very proactive and assertive. The pet tech (male with beard) was absolutely fabulous with Levi and the groomers did an outstanding job. I would recommend Fit n Furry without reservation as they handled my high anxiety and fearful dog like pros and he was excited when we went back for a return visit! Thank you all!! More...

We can never thank Fit N Furry enough. They took our cat in during the Windsor evacuation we ended up leaving him there for 3 weeks. The staff were so friendly and helpful in giving him love and support. We were able to have a tech call us whenever we wanted for status. Fit n Furry really helped us out when we had to evacuate from the Kincade Fire- the staff was friendly, accommodating about the situation, and it was such a blessing to know our cat was in such a spacious comfortable place in great hands while we were away.

In a time of crisis, with thousands of people looking for help trying to house their pets during the fires in Sonoma County… I was certain when I called them that they would have no space. Not only did they come through and took my three cats immediately they were so kind. I knew that my kitties were in good hands. Could not recommend this place for your furry friends more. I needed a place right away for my boxer girl after being evacuated from the Kincade fire. I called and was able to take her the same day. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful and I immediately felt comfortable leaving her with them. I could tell when I picked her up that she was well taken care off. My 16 year old feline stayed here during the fire evacuation. Staff was pleasant and caring. I texted to see how she was doing and got a response of “she’s letting us love on her! ”. I knew then she was in good hands. The establishment is clean and smells really nice... better than some houses I’ve been in! The daily fee was far less than I expected. I trust fit ‘n furry to watch over and give the best to my pup with his safety always in mind. When we arrive his tail is always helicoptering and he charges through the doors, which tells me he can’t wait to be there. When he’s there I know he gets to socialize and play hours each day and is well taken care of and comfortable. Their groomers are also awesome and send my pup home looking floofy as ever. I never hesitate when I want to call and check on how he’s doing— they always call or text back with a wellness update. Friendly, fast and efficient! After some research I called, set up a free meeting with a trainer for my 6month old puppy, loved what she observed and immediately put in my deposit for 15 day training and boarding. We’re 1st time dog owners with 2 young boys and wanted to establish a strong foundation. Jen, our trainer was quick to answer any questions we had and made us feel comfortable trusting our pup in her hands. Most important issues we wanted to work on was the excessive barking, jumping, nipping, all the major puppy concerns. Our pup also has more energy than the average pup (I was told) and we’re not that active. With proper guidance and assistance from Jen, it’s as if we have a new puppy. With a clear schedule, proper education and instructions, my family is more understanding and confident handling our puppy. It was an expensive investment, we weren’t sure if it was truly going to make a big difference, but I’m happy we did because it was what we needed and completely worth it. More...

They treat our crazy dog like family. She lives coming here and seeing the staff. She is very high maintenance, too smart for her own good and doesn't really fit into standard protocol. We like taking our pets here. Someone else mentioned they don't allow pitbull mixes but our dog is a pitbull mix and there were no issues with that. Couple of issues for us last time: we asked for our dog to get groomed, she did not get groomed(she was there over a week so they had plenty of time.)We asked for a photo of our pets. Our golden retriever Daisy Mae LOVES Fit N Furry. We joke that it’s like Disneyland for dogs. She always walks into the lobby with wiggle butt and wants to say hi to all of the staff because they’re her friends too. We’ve used Fit N Furry for boarding and doggy daycare. Our mini-doxie, Lulu loves FnF! She's been four or five times for 1-3 days each time and she loves it! The staff is wonderful and the programs they offer for my pup are perfect. I just found out that Lulu's a "green collar" which means she gets along with all dogs and all FnF team members. Huge sigh of relief from this nervous dog owner for sure! More...
