First of all - to the Layla person referring to building 21 - that's my building and I've never had an issue. My husband has COPD so yeah we'd know. We've been here almost 5 years. While at times I've been a bit vexed because I could've fixed it faster ...... this is also my first time in an apartment complex. We've never had an issue with a maintenance request. Our apartment isn't one of the upgraded ones but it's still extremely serviceable and rarely do we ever have issues. The pools are very nice. Parking isn't an issue for our building. We just recently moved out of Beaumont and we miss it already and our dogs missing walking on the trail everyday. Sarah and her staff do a great job taking care of the residents and our kids loved all of the events!

I have lived in Beaumont Farms Apartments for five years and I really can't imagine living anywhere else. The management, office staff and maintenance staff are second to none. I just moved into Beaumont Farms a month ago. For context, I'm a female law student at UK living with another graduate student. We really love the complex thus far. We looked at several complexes prior to moving in and felt Beaumont Farms provided the most up to date, spacious units for the price. We have two dogs and really appreciate all of the amenities provided to dog owners: dog park, and waste receptacles throughout. Also, the trails surrounding Beaumont Farms are wonderful for biking, running, or dog walking. They are shaded and generally not too crowded. The maintenance and administrative staff are VERY friendly and have been prompt and efficient will any request we have had thus far. If you're looking for a post-grad complex this really isn't it. My husband and I have lived here for about three years now and we love it. These are some of the nicest apartments in Lexington and the staff are always friendly and know their residents. Whenever we have an issue or a maintenance request they always take care of it. The location is great. We love the bike/walking paths that go right past the apartments and we are walking distance from Kroger which is convenient. We also love that they have a community garden where we can have a small plot to grow things during the Spring, Summer and Fall. They also have a small dog park for us to take our dog too. My husband and I have really enjoyed living here. While our apartment is not the most updated, we haven't had any issues. Maintenance is always very prompt if we do and we love having the pool nearby . What sold us on our apartment is the location! Really close to great restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance is very convenient. Plus, being close to New Circle and Man O' War makes it easy to get around Lexington. Since we moved in we are feeling a homely atmosphere in " Beaumont Farms Apartments " .It's a Great and safe location with spacious living area for the price we pay here in Lexington ,KY. Whenever we approach the Leasing Office for a service or support we get excellent support from them.I feel that the Beaumont area has great amenities such as big pools for hot Summer afternoons , workout facilities (gym) ,common garden, quiet scenic trails for walking ,enough parking space.The Management also conducts some social activities with an excellent planning and organizing . I have lived at Beaumont for over 5 years. Very professional and responsive to apartment needs. They will replace failed appliances with new! The place is well maintained and offers swimming pools and workout facility. I really enjoy the bike and walking trails which is a hidden gem in the community. Kroger, Post office, restaurants, YMCA, auto shops are all within easy walking distance, and New Circle Road is just a mile away. Pricey but nicey. :) More...
