Andrea creates a motivational, fun environment where you can workout to meet your personal health and fitness goals. Her workouts are customized to meet her client’s needs, and she adjusts exercises to ensure the best results no matter what your fitness level is.

I highly recommend Andrea. I've been training with her for over a year now, and I've never been stronger. I've had 2 neck surgeries and Andrea is amazing at working with me to avoid injuries while strengthening important areas that were very weak, including my back and core. I can now do things I wasn't able to do since my surgeries - such as lifting heavy bags and jogging. It's been a new lease on life AND Andrea is a fun, smart and delightful person really who cares about her work and clients. More...

I'm so happy I listened to the recommendation that I see Andrea. As one who has always hated exercising, I've found that Andrea has gotten to know me and what works for me. She's gentle in her encouragement and knows when and how far to push. She's working so hard to undo a lifetime of bad exercise habits! Great trainer! Andrea makes working out fun and I never do the same workout twice. She gives great care to form and I've  gotten much stronger since working out with her. I highly recommend her.

I've been working out with Andrea 3x/week since the beginning of 2014, and I have to say she is an amazing personal trainer. It had been years since I had worked out and I loved that Andrea helped me ease back in to it. Her personal workouts are fun, yet challenging. She’s constantly mixing things up and it never gets boring. Andrea encourages me to push myself and customizes each session to accommodate my increasing strength and stamina. Her priority is to ensure that I’m getting what I need from each of our sessions. She’s been able to modify the exercises to fit my individual needs and that gives me the confidence to push myself more. I knew I was hooked when I was able to do pushups for the first time ever. I always leave our sessions feeling like I’ve moved that much closer to my personal goal of achieving and maintaining a healthier lifestyle. More...

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is hard work, consistency, and determination. You can have any body you want as long as you know what you are committing to in order to attain it.

I love working one-on-one with people! It's so gratifying to watch someone reach their goals. I really do love what I do and not too many people can say that.

I have always been a health and fitness enthusiast. After having my children, I was looking for a career change. My family encouraged me to go back to school and become certified in something I love so much. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made!

I love what I do and I get results! I really do try to make exercise as painless as possible. I love helping my clients feel better physically and lose weight. My goal is for exercise and a balanced diet to become a part of everyone's healthy habits.
