Berrios Senior here, love that they cater to whatever your fitness level is. The cross training workouts are so versatile and able to be scaled so that everyone can do them in one form or another. Having never done this style of workout before and having a previous lower back injury I was a little apprehensive about doing this as you seem to hear all the horror stories of crossfit in lieu of the positive ones. The coaches here have been nothing but supportive and motivational even when you aren't able to do the prescribed workout/weight. With that being said, I would recommend this to anyone to at least try it before you take someone else's word that may have had a bad experience. You will development more energy and strength as well as learning new things about your limits mentally and physically. Try it! More...
