LOVE Lucy and her classes!!! They are great from start to finish. She pushes you and makes you feel great about yourself. She is extremely approachable and knowledgable . We laugh, sweat and chat! A really amazing way to get back into fitness postpartum . Lucy is incredibly knowledgable and professional. She is encouraging and knows exactly how to help you strengthen your healing body safely. This is the best way to get back into physical fitness after having your baby. Not only is Lucy so kind and caring but she is also so knowledgeable about postpartum fitness. Lucy saved me! I love the gym and working out, when my doctor told me I had to start at "the beginning" after my emergency C Section I had no idea what that meant and was afraid to go to the gym. Lucy is great! She will tailor the class to our needs including injuries or weaknesses we need to work around. Also, the group classes with other mamas is a great way to socialize and chat with other moms (which is good for mental health!!)

I loved taking Lucy’s class after my son was born. Lucy is so knowledgeable & fun to workout with. She provides a welcoming atmosphere and is always willing to hold a baby to help you get in that last squat!

I loved attending Lucy's classes with my son. It was a great way to ease back into exercise postpartum with someone who really knew what they were doing to support proper technique. I loved class so much I continued even after my son started daycare! Lucy provides our community with such a loving and safe space to start feeling like yourself again after baby. Lucy is a powerhouse fitness instructor specializing in postpartum needs. She is motivating, charismatic and flexible. I took her mommy baby bootcamp starting when my son was 6 months and it was a great reason to get out of the house and meet some local moms with babies of similar age. Lucy runs fabulous post-partum fitness classes. She is attentive to form, the babies present and their needs, and any modifications needed due to injury / physical limitations. Lucy is extremely knowledgeable about fitness in general, but even more specifically prenatal and postpartum fitness. This is an area that is especially important as women's bodies are changing so dramatically and improper exercises and technique can sometimes cause more harm than good. She did an assessment for me after my third child was born, with personalised workout suggestions. I also attended her Bootcamp with my baby and pre-schooler. It was really fun and a great workout.
