At Fit 'N' Well our certified mobile personal trainers have been providing fitness training in homes, condos, businesses and select gyms in Edmonton and area since 1998.

Our focus is working with people helping them to tone up and lose weight.

Fit 'N' Well Personal Training (Greg Harvey) has been integral to my recovery from a serious knee injury suffered in April 2018 (Surgically repaired tibia plateau). After I completed 6 weeks of physiotherapy I contacted Greg to begin a work out regiment that would have me ready for 2018/2019 ski season. From our first consultation meeting Greg has taken my recovery and my goals very seriously. He has tailored our sessions to be conscious of my recovering knee, but also challenging so my body is constantly being pushed. In addition to Greg training my body he has also provided very helpful dietary advice that me and my family are trying to incorporate into our every day decision making regarding what we are putting into our bodies. I have enjoyed all of my time in the gym with Greg as he has an easy manner and cracks jokes to keep things light. I would be more than happy to recommend Fit 'N' Well Personal Training. More...

We chose Fit'N'Well because Greg Harvey, the owner had lots of experience with seniors. We are facing some issues that require surgery and wanted to make sure we were in the best shape possible. Greg met with us at home and designed a program that works to build both strength and cardio fitness. We meet with him twice a week for an hour per session in our basement gym. Not only do we get a great workout... we have amazing conversations that make the time fly. Greg is extremely competent as a trainer and a great motivator. More...

Tennis Ball Soccer has remained a hallmark legacy of the Terrace Racquetball Club. It's continued support and excitement has been due to the dedication and enthusiasm of Greg and the Fit and well Team. I often return from Saskatoon for the competitive and fast paced games. Greg introduced me to tennis ball soccer almost a decade ago, and I have been playing non-stop ever since. In 2008 I did a "biggest loser" type competition through work and ended up losing 20 pounds in roughly 6 weeks. I owe a huge portion of that to Greg inviting me and allowing me to play soccer 3 times a week. It is a great, fun way to get your cardio up, and, if you play regularly, you will DEFINITELY see results. The people that play range from teens to seniors, and there is every skill level. I have been training with Fit 'N' Well Personal Training for the past ten years. I love my routine. Greg comes to my house three times a week before work. I just have to get up, have a snack, then we work out for an hour. He goes to his next client then I have a shower, eat my breakfast and go to work. It is affordable and couldn't be more convenient. My sisters and I signed our parents (both in their mid-60s) up for in-home training sessions with Nikki from Fit 'N Well. Undoubtedly, it has changed their lives, and ours, for the better . My mother, at the tender age of 66, can plank longer than I can (at the tender age of 35). And my father, whose health has been slowly deteriorating over the years due to issues such as diabetes, knee pain, etc., has more energy now than he has had in a long time. Nikki has been incredibly sensitive to my parents' needs as older adults and she really knows what she's doing in terms of adapting exercises that accommodate them when they're struggling or challenge them when she knows that they can handle more. She's been very kind, reliable, and knowledgeable, and my sisters and I feel immensely pleased and confident having entrusted our parents' fitness to Nikki and Fit 'N Well. Our parents work out twice per week in the convenience of their own home and my sisters and I will continue paying for these sessions to keep our folks mentally and physically fit, happy, healthy, and living independently, for as long as possible. I've had the pleasure of Greg's instruction, advice, and guidance for nearly 3 years now. His professionalism, flexibility, and positive attitude have been instrumental in working towards my goals. My schedule is irregular, and Greg consistently accommodates, for which I'm very grateful.He is knowledgeable, and applies science in combination with common sense, to his nutritional advice and the physical regimen. I appreciate his creativity and efficiency greatly. I try to partake of tennis ball soccer whenever possible - a fantastic workout. He's managed to create a cadre of players that has evolved into a community unto itself.I cannot speak highly enough of him. We have been training with Greg with fitnwell at home three times a week for over a year now. This is the best decision we ever made he keeps us motivated and adds a personnel touch to our training experience. To be working out for over a year regularly would not have happened if we had not called Fit N Well. We tried that, many gym memberships etc. working out at home is what works for us.I would highly recommend Fit n Well if you are looking for a personnel trainer. More...

They work around your schedule and always make sure you are happy. I worked with Fit 'N' Well at the Epcor tower for 9 months (October 2013 to June 2014) to improve my core strength and alleviate back and knee pain. I'm a senior and wanted someone knowledgeable in fitness kinetics principles who could help me establish an exercise regimen that I could continue to do on my own. I worked initially with Erin and then with Chris. Both trainers were very aware of my senior mobility limitations and they adapted stretches and exercises to meet my specific needs and goals.I can now walk and climb stairs essentially pain free, play with my grandchildren, and even shovel snow! I highly recommend Fit 'N' Well to anyone wanting a custom personal training experience that produces positive results. More...

At Fit 'N' Well we have been training people out of their homes, businesses and select gyms throughout the city since 1998. We manage the Scotia Place Fitness Centre and EPCOR Tower fitness centres in downtown Edmonton.

The owner, Greg Harvey used to be 40 pounds over weight. Over the years he has helped hundreds of people lose weight and lead healthier lives.

We have been seeing people in their homes since 1998. Some of our clients get up, have a small snack, then their personal trainer shows up at their door. We have an hour work out, they have breakfast, shower and go to work. It couldn't be more convenient. Some of our in-home clients aren't "morning people". They prefer to work out in the evenings. They come home from work, have dinner, relax a bit, then their personal trainer shows up for an hour long work out. Whether you want to work out in the morning or the evening, having a personal trainer come to your home is a very convenient way of getting your work outs in. That way there is no sleeping in and for the people who intend to work out in the evening, if you go home and have supper, it is especially hard to get motivated consistently to then leave your house and drive to a gym to work out. Whether you would like a trainer to come to your home three times a week or once a week to keep you on track or once a month to change your program, we can help you.
