I am a professional dancer and choreographer of over 12 years, working on the west end and Broadway and I have spent many hours and a lot of money on various different fitness coaches and physiotherapists. Danny is different. He provides the full package of his service and is definitely a natural coach for both he body and the mind. He has helped me regain my strength, physique and mental stamina in a matter of months. He has an infectious character and it draws in like minded individuals, creating a very pleasant environment and community that is a pleasure to be part of. Danny has been absolutely fantastic since I started training with him about 9 months ago. I’m 33, working in central London and, like everyone, have a hectic life, which meant I put this off for a while (I first thought about signing up with Danny 2 years before I did). I started off doing group sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings on the Heath, which were a great way to get to know Danny’s fitness community (sun, snow, wind or rain, he’s there). Over the last few months we’ve moved into (x2) weekly 1 to 1 PT sessions (whilst trying to get to as many of the group sessions as possible). Having experienced other personal trainers in central London I know Danny is a cut above. He’s extremely diligent and c.9 months down the line I’m still learning something at each session. He has great energy and determination to help his clients in a more rounded way than simply physical training (it’s a cliché, but he genuinely cares about the wider wellbeing of his clients). I’ve slowly got fitter (hill sprints are a killer), stronger (almost double what I started out at), more flexible (hand stands) and I have a far better understanding of the nutritional requirements to build (and maintain) muscle. Like many of Danny’s clients, I have felt the benefits of his sessions both at work and at home (having a good laugh with him and his other clients). What I particularly like about the sessions is he knows when to push (and when he does it’s brutal) and when to take a bit of a step back, which can lead to a different type of session (perhaps more stretching and core rather than weights/CV). I really enjoy the conversations, whether about sport, PT, nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, chess, business, family (it goes on). 11th February 2018 I started training with Danny Fisher (Fisher Fitness). I remember the date so well because this is when I began my personal journey to get my life back on track. I'll be honest I wasn't convinced about having a PT, but I had reached a point in my life that I couldn't help myself anymore to lose weight, and this was impacting every aspect of me and I could feel myself losing control. From the first session I knew I had made the right decision. Danny wasn't the perception of a PT that I had. He understood where I was, what I needed to do and he was going to help me get there. Professional and considerate I knew this was going to work. I committed myself to the process, I trusted my trainer and threw myself into becoming the person I wanted to be again. Just 10 weeks in I was already 17KG lighter and already feeling happier and more confident - I could see the light and training easily became a part of my new lifestyle. I have never been pushed to do anything I can't handle, every session is different and challenging so I always leave feeling a wonderful sense of achievement. In the summer I started Danny's outdoor group training sessions. Great fun and great people. So where am I now? Nearly 40KG down 9 months later. I'm doing activities again that I couldn't do before, I have a brand new wardrobe, I enjoy my training as part of a happier healthier lifestyle, and my confidence and control over my life is restored. In just 9 months I have started living again. I look back at pictures of me, and its scary to think of the health issues I could have been facing pretty quickly if I hadn't made the change and chosen to accept Danny's help and support. He is more than a fitness trainer, he's a life coach who works through the medium of fitness - healthy body, healthy mind. I'm still working hard to be in the best shape I've ever been and to have that in my 40's. I can't recommend Danny any more than this glowing review because you can't put a price tag on happiness. Danny, Dan, Greg, Karolina & Nye are all good trainers and are happy to help getting you fit. They do all this from their own gym based in Blackheath, I've never had issue getting an appointment with them and they each do their own different style session but work you just as hard. They use the close by Blackheath common/Greenwich park when weather permits for activities. I've had shoulder issue unrelated to training recently that I didn't know I had which they spotted, their currently helping me with my recovery after pointing me in direction of very good chiropractor. Highly recommended and I've enjoyed all my sessions, if your looking for personal training in Blackheath area go here as they genuinely care and are all nice. A++++ More...

Danny Is an Incredible Personal Trainer!!! I came to him back in March and was overweight, weak and had a bad back. I hadn't worked out for a few years and needed some motivation and guidance and that is just what I got. We started off working on my posture and amazingly he found exercises that didn't aggravate my disc, but strengthened all my back and stomach muscles and then once I was pain free we got on with cardio and weights. I found the sessions fun, and the results EPIC!!! He has an absolute skill at knowing what your body needs and how to push you just enough to get the results and leave you feeling strong, healthy and happy. I feel so good now. Hettie x More...

Back to feeling strong, confident and painless! I am loving doing sport and being active again, working with Danny has literarily changed my life. I am in my mid-30s, used to be a very active girl but because of some issues with my lower back, in the past 6 years I have been experiencing increasing pain with multiple acute episodes that forced me in bed for days. I have tried everything I could think of to revert the situation - from injection of cortisone in the worse period of pain to regular massages and physiotherapy sessions with specialists – however nothing has worked for me the way these personal training sessions have. Danny has a strong preparation as a PT, but he is also incredibly skilled to identify and define the real cause of the issues; this combination is priceless! More...

What can I say about Danny Fisher as a personal trainer? Well, I will start by saying he is one of a kind. He truly wants to help you achieve your goals whether that is to build self-confidence, strength or stamina. Danny is friendly, warm and most importantly knowledgeable. He really know's how to get your body to where it needs to be. One session with Danny and he can tell where is tight/weak/sore and he will work with you to vastly improve it. The thing about Danny is he truly cares, he is a nice guy with a big heart. I started training with Danny a couple of months ago and my fitness has vastly improved, I am now running (something I haven't done since 2012) and fitting into my clothes again. When I arrived the first day to train with Danny, I had a very weak body with no strenght due to a back problem (double scoliosis - two curves in my spine). Until that point all physiotherapists and doctors were adament that I could never lift weight, nor run or anything, my exercise life was apparently very limited. I used to keep fit on my own with few spin classes and the eventual running, but I had a permanent pain in my upper and lower back, a pain I had been living with for years.Danny saw me, assessed me and we started little by little to build my strenght, by mixing stretching, yoga, body fitness, "grace" of movement and weight exercices. After two months I was able to lift weight, do dead lifts, squats, lunges, run and much much more. I had no more pain, because Danny made the muscles that I had never worked, do the work such as my gluts, my core muscles, my hips and my upper back. The strenght given to all the weak parts of my back made that my whole body was suddenly connected. My everyday posture was better and I was aware of my muscles.The training with Danny was the best thing I have ever done, after suffering for years from pain and thinking I couldn't do anything.So a big Thank you to Danny!Meriem More...

I've only been training with Danny for a month so far, but the changes he has inspired in me are amazing. I've always loathed the gym- in fact, most exercise- but the workouts that we've been doing are interesting and really fun! Very impressed with Danny and the team. I am really enjoying my regular training sessions. Danny pushes you hard, but not so hard that you don't want to return! I have seen real progress in my fitness levels since starting training at Fisher Fitness. Danny is incredibly knowledgable and was easily able to identify an issue I had with the lower right side of my body, which I am now working on to fix with exercises recommended by Danny. Danny Fisher is a lifesaver. After having a baby I struggled to get my weight down. I was stuck as 73kg then flew up to almost 76kg. I got scared. My pre-pregnancy weight was 65kg and I was now moving further away so i bit the bullet and paid what I thought was a mammoth fee for personal training. It was worth every penny! In one month I was down from almost 76kg to 69.5kg. I moved town at that point but two weeks later I'm still practicing what Danny taught me. If I'd stayed in London I'd 100% have continued with my training. Danny is not only an A-class trainer, he's also a very friendly guy. The change Danny has helped me achieve in my body is immense. I have spent years going to the gym and not seen any real results but he has already helped me in just a few months to lose a lot of body fat and tone up. AMAZING!! Danny is very encouraging and supportive. He has helped me a LOT in getting my mind in the right place to loose weight as well as training me hard. He is not your normal personal trainer, he didn't give me a strict diet to follow (as I didn't want to commit to that) and instead just advised me on changes and spurred me on. He adapted to my wants and needs. I was stuck at the same weight for about 3 years after putting on 40 pounds and slowing down my metabolism by yoyo dieting. Now I am half way to my goal and it has changed my outlook for life. Don't be intimidated by his hotness, he's a cheeky family man who really cares about his clients. I've rolled around on the floor and cried in front of him many a time :P Don't hesitate in booking him for your personal training!! HE'S THE BEST. More...
