The entire First Eye team are a joy to deal with. Super professional but really friendly and approachable too. Incredibly conscientious, Allie in the office plus Paul and Kyle, the engineers show real pride in their roles. Such lovely people, so good at their jobs with a customer service ethic which is rarely seen these days. The actual alarm system was set up superbly a year ago and recently serviced. Technical matters on each occasion were explained patiently and kindly to an untechy customer. Appointment timings have always been very flexible around the customer. Absolutely brilliant. Paul and Kyle you are both truly amazing. Kind, friendly, knowledgable and efficient. They fitted 4 cameras for me today. One of the cameras was faulty (which wasn't their fault at all)and they contactedwholesalers and managed to get it changed for a new one and fitted in the same day. They may appear expensive but not really when you consider everything they do and more importantly at least you know you're getting high quality stuff from a reputable firm. I say stay within the firsteye zone! P.S. I don't usually write reviews unless I am unhappy with the work. More...

First Eye CCTV and Security systems installed my CCTV, outside lights and alarm system last year. A year on everything works fantastically and I have never had a problem with any of the equipment they provided. Last week they installed my in laws a new alarm system. They are also over the moon with what they have done.They are a fantastic team and offer help and advice freely. I asked what must seem like a million questions about everything and Paul and Kyle answered them all for me, in a simple easy to understand way, they didn't blind me with science or techy jargon!They advised me where was best to have my cameras positioned and supplied and fitted energy efficient LED floodlighting outside. An excellent security feature which has actually scared off a pair of would be burglars. (I know this to be true as I watched it back remotely on my phone the following day) They hooked my CCTV system up to the web, downloaded and installed an app on both my own and my girlfriend's phone which allows us to be able to see what my CCTV cameras can instantly. At the time my broadband wasn't set up properly and they arranged for that to be done for me too.I really cant praise them enough, my house was a building site when they where there, nothing was too much trouble for them.With all these things in mind I can safely say this is the only CCTV / security company that I would ever recommend.Neat, tidy professional team, Great service, Brilliant products.
