David and his team did the catering at our wedding on the 10th October 2019. We were over the moon with how great our wedding food was. From initially meeting David in October 2018 he has been amazing. Creating a fantastic menu, answering all of our queries; extremely promptly too! and just being an all round genuinely nice and helpful guy. The serving staff did a brilliant job on the day and they would go out of their way to find my husband and I to make sure we had some of the evening food first. We are using David and his team for our wedding next year. As soon as we met David, we knew he was the right person for the job! Speedy email replies after enquiring to begin with, followed by a relaxed first meeting, and then the best part so far, the tasting! Food is just incredible, David made us feel relaxed and comfortable, really easy to talk to, and couldn't do enough for us, and we can't wait for our guests to have the best wedding meal they've ever had!!! Having used First Choice Caterers before and been very pleased with the food served I had no hesitation in recommending David and his team for our Village first ever Masquerade Ball. David produced a wonderful menu for the evening and served us a first class 6 course meal which would be hard to beat at any top class restaurant. The cost was very competitive and I would certainly recommended to anyone looking for Caterers for a special function. So much so we invited First Choice to cater for our in House Christmas Meal and Wow!! they certainly did excel. I used David and his wonderful team for my wedding last year in July. From start to finish it was not only a pleasure but also so much fun. David's food was just delicious and it was quite hard to decide on what to pick to eat at the wedding. Nothing seemed to phase him, even a last call on glutton free sausages for one of the guest! David also looked after me and my husband on the day, making sure we had some of the scrumptious canapes when we arrived at the marquee and all the food was served beautifully. His team were also brilliant, just quietly going round with booze, food and genuine smiles. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending David and his team for any event and am scheming at the moment to try and come up with an excuse to use him again. What’s your signature dish?
Best end of lamb on Parmesan mash potatoes, with cranberry, mint and rosemary sauce
Trio of puddings Lemon posit,eton mess, chocolate browness with salted caramel sauce and raspberry sauce.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We alway start with whats in season and the clients hopes, then i call my butcher (same butcher for 20 years) and find whats the best meat available and then our vegetable man Tomas . and go from there.
We always try out all dishes in our new kitchen and all the team try them to make suer we get it just right.

To do just really nice fresh food and service for our clients who often use us again and again.
