1st off why would they schedule me for an interview , and the person I was there to meet had supposedly called off wouldn't you think someone would have called me to reschedule the interview,  I got to the address  , made a call to Lilly,  she said she was gonna make a call to the person I was there to interview  with& &give me a call back .. ookyyy ...... 10 min pass still no call back !I called her back no answer I was still standing  outside  the building ... 15 min pass I go sit in my car.called LILLY BACK NO ANSWER, than I just left , mind you Lilly didn't pick up from my phone number so Once I made it home I called her Blocked &&sure enough she answered  the PHONE  talking about the guy who I was supposed to interview with had a family  emergency..BUT SHE NEVER CALLED BACK OR PICKED UP MY CALLS !!! . Went to the races in Watsonville tonight and after leaving the pits to go back to our cars in the parking lot, the gates had been locked. We found a vendor who was leaving through a gate that lead through another event (burning man) going on at the fairgrounds. As we tried to go through that gate to go out through the main entrance we were stopped by First Alarm security patrol. Normal protocol I get that, they were trying to do their job. Then the common sense stopped, they said we couldn't go through their event. After trying to explain to them we had no other option to get out that we were locked in they started to get a really bad attitude towards our group that had 3 children in it. After someone from the event came over and saw what was going on they tried to assist us in getting out and used some common sense. At the conclusion of this 30 minute episode of chaos, I ask the lady who said she was the supervisor what her name was because I would be filling a complaint. That's were it ALL went down hill, a gentlemen by the name of Raymond E. (A retired peace officer he stated) said I don't need to know her name because he was in charge of security. As I am standing there holding my 10 year old sons hand, he says, "Now get the Fuck out of here." I tell him that is a real professional thing to say in front of a ten year old child. He then proceeds to flip me off on front of my child. I really can't believe a company has someone like this representing them in public, what a disgrace not only to this company but to all retired peace officers who would just not conduct them selves in this manner. Finding a capable security company was important to my wife and I, since we were going to be away from our home for weeks. Since our neighborhood had a high crime rate, it was almost a necessity to have some form of security while your home is unattended. Since we couldn't depend on our neighbors either, we entrusted a paid service instead. This company did not disappoint either. They provided daily updates while we were away, which reassured my wife and I that they were maintaining a high level of awareness for the perimeter of our house. This security company was extremely helpful and thought on their feet. We had a security breach within our company and needed immediate assistance with securing the facility again. A security team was dispatched to our office building and was able to pinpoint the threat, apprehend the people in question, and give us the resources we would need to prevent this from happening again. First Security Services met the criteria I was looking for when hiring an experienced security service. They were professional over the phone, respectful, and vigilant. I could tell from our phone conversation that they were a dedicated group of security guards. So they were put to the test when I needed them to stand guard at an expensive party I was throwing. This party was exclusive to people I do business with and also a networking event for a specific industry. So it was imperative that they did their job well since the party was being held at a rented venue. They performed above my expectations. They did report a few trespassers that tried to enter, but since they weren't invited the first security team did not permit entry. They had security guarding the front entrance and back entrance. I hired First Security Services based on a recommendation I received from from a family member that also uses them as needed. I had a similar experience to my family member. I found the security service to be competent and reliable, as they were able to account for their surroundings the entirety of the security post. The men on post have a very respectful demeanor, which is a good sign because if they lack respect for each other, what's stopping them from respecting your things as well? I am disappointed that I have to give this company a low rating without actually working with them. We are getting married in June and our venue requires security so I reached out to them via completing their form on their website. I was hopeful to receive a quick response but it has been almost a week and I have not received an email or a call. About 3 days after submitting my information online I called the main number on the website, told them where our event was being held, and they transferred me to a direct office. After a few rings I got the voicemail of a lady named Nancy. I left her a voicemail telling her all our information and we have yet to hear back from her.
