Experienced carpet bugs for the first time, keen to get rid of them quickly, I contacted First Defence Pest Control. Service was fantastic, prompt responses to my request, great customer service, each step of the process was explained very clearly. Inbetween the two treatments First Defence kept incontact too see how things were going which was really reassuring for us as family. Someone cared as much as us! Very well priced, their service and complete care was undoubtly outstanding. I would and have recommended them to friends and family who have since used their services and have also been pleased. Having had an emergency late on Sunday afternoon I was concerned I would not find anyone available to help catch a mouse we had seen. Not only were First Defence quick to arrive and efficient. I was really impressed in how quickly they were able to reassure my inconsolable wife. Their work was done fast and efficiently and every step of what they did was explained and their reassurance was great. Their fees were really affordable and competitive ( even on the weekend ) and we have not had mice since. They however have been back twice since just to make sure everything is ok. Hudi at first defence was amazing when we had a sudden outbreak of rats in our attic and garden - he was a lovely guy to deal with, very efficient and effective and continued to monitor after it seemed they were gone just in case - all in all great service. “We have been using First Defence Pest Control for the past year. We initially contacted them when we realised we had a pest problem. The service was very prompt, knowledgeable and very professional, they even offered to wear shoe covers before entering our property. They returned regularly and adjusted treatments and approaches to out pest control. I’m pleased to say we no longer have a problem and this was thanks to their excellent service. My partner called First Defence Pest Control after discovering bed bugs in our bed. The man from FDPS arrived as promised, on time and did a very thorough job. He was efficient, professional and had a great knowledge of the problem, which was very reassuring.. as you can imagine we were freaking out!They returned after a few weeks for a follow up visit, which was included in the original fee.The bugs were exterminated and haven't returned!I can highly recommend First Defence Pest Control to everyone!
