I had roof leak that was identified and called first choice to help solve my problem. James Casey's customer service was superb. Thankfully he was able to do the job today. He explained every step very clearly of what needed to be done and made sure I understood before I was rest assured and give him the go ahead. I have got 5years guarantee with the work done and the job quote was reasonable. He even put in some extras that needed doing on the roof top. James you had been a God sent. We had a leaking roof and 1st Choice were (very thankfully) able to fit us in. Very competitively priced and two really nice guys and tidy workers.
James took photographs and videos of the issues and explained clearly what needed to be done.
5 year guarantee with the work and have said they would come back in 2 weeks to ensure satisfaction and to make sure the problem is solved.

James and his team travelled all the way to oxford after a other roofer left our carehome as good as roofless. They gave us a fair price and spent 2 weeks reshaping and fixing the terrible job that the previouse so called roofer done.
