I found this company to be amazingly reliable, efficient and obliging. Nothing was too much and they had access to a wide range of equipment.
On the agreed day Dennis and his crew (George, Alex and George) arrived and got straight on with the agreed job. This being a large extension to our drive and the creation of a front garden feature. Also the removal of a high (nearly dead) hedge in the back garden and replacement with a substantial new fence. This work took only 3 days and during this time I was truly impressed with the work ethos of Dennis and his crew. They were there at 8am sharp, started work immediately and only briefly paused for lunch.
Dennis visited frequently, discussed the job with us and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. The end result was an excellent, attractive drive with garden feature and a new garden fence that was a great improvement on the previous 'dead' hedge.

Great communication, and advise. Flexible to work around your schedule. If there is more digging or rubbish to remove than estimated - no problem. They come to work every day and work untill finished. Outcome is beautiful. Number of times I was asked if I like every thing or if I like to change anything... Sorry for the delay, I’m not getting back to you sooner. I was on holiday and it was lack of communication to my guys. All the debris, some rubbish has now been removed.!!!!!!

First choice drives and patios completely transformed my drive. They were very professional from first contact. They talked through various options and prices. I chose to go with a gravel drive which they lay with a brick surround. I had the choice of colour blocks and some helpful suggestions were made. They kept to the schedule of work that they stated. I had many questions along the way asking about aspects of the work and they answered them promptly and were able to reassure me that all of the points I raised were being completed and I did witness this to be the case as the work was being done. Only when I wad fully happy with the job did they request payment. I would like to ask a question here, is it only me - had a very bad experience for buying a paving service from First Choice Paving Drives and Patois Ltd?

I read all the comments, they are all very positive. However I must leave my ridiculous experience here to let the people know.

Dennis (only his staffs finished the work on my patio on 5/10/2022, however until now - I have NEVER RECEIVED any invoices (includes - buying the porcelain and ?????) Today is 24/11/2022

Dennis told me - 'If you are not satisfy with the job, you don't have to pay.' However it is not true. He hasn't finished all the job, they just finished 90% of my patio, then he requested me to pay for the fee. I was very foolish at that moment because I trusted him so much. I paid all the amount £15800. After paying the fee, I noticed that he didn't use a proper way to pave the porcelain. No pointing between the porcelain tiles. I tried to speak to him and hoped he would rectify his fault. From his staff's description - this was the first time they used porcelain. OH MY GOD! But he tried to deny. To be honest, Dennis should try to remedy his fault, however he didn't. He is disappeared and never contacted me again.

I spent a big amount of my money to learn a lesson. Don't trust the comments on the websites. More...
