First Call Gas

I would call them last call gas as boiler needed heat exchanger and they said not covered which it is under policy but they said too much money for them to replace and they wanted to do was sell boilers not interested in fixing,anyway could not get cover from anywhere else as they never fixed so left with water leaking from overflow so nobody would cover existing fault so got a new one from boxt at a better price than theirs with ten year guarantee and free 2 years to buy no apr brilliant company is boxt would not recommend first call also left review on which.now happy customer from boxt.

I've had central heating for over thirty years and various companies looking after the systems with their service and breakdown plans at extortionate prices and shoddy workmanship. I've been with First Call for three years and can say hand on heart, they are the best. The engineers are very polite, they certainly know what they are doing and do it well, and always clean up after themselves. Dont waste your money on the cowboys, ring First Call when your next C/H service contract payment is due. More...

We have been with First Call Gas for over 2 years after transferring from British Gas and can highly recommend this company - not only is the monthly plan over half the price different (and hasn't increased annually) but the staff who we have dealt with have been extremely professional and helpful.
