I'm the Worship Director at Bear Creek United Methodist Church. When I took over the position I had a few problems to try and resolve, one main one being the sound where our service was held. Every Sunday we would get complaints that the sound was too loud, uneven in the room, etc. We were recommended F.A.M.E and so we called. The rep was easy going, set up the equipment that they were going to demo for us (for free), took as much time as we needed and answered ALL of my questions. He (Louis) didn't leave until we felt at ease and secure in the product. We ended up purchasing the HK Audio sound system and since then...zero complaints. Now I can move on to fix other concerns. Happy that the process was made quick, easy and the product came fast and he also did the install. Very knowledgeable and it sounds amazing! More...
