MY BACKGROUND:

Since 2006, I have worked as a professional Coach and Manager in the Employability sector, providing quality careers services for hundreds of adults from a variety of backgrounds. My credentials include qualifications from the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA), Level 4 NVQ in Advice and Guidance and certification in Life Purpose Coaching, Happiness Coaching, Transformational Coaching, Counselling Skills and Motivational Interviewing. I also hold a BA (Hons) in English Literature.

I am committed to undertaking continuous professional development and I have regular ongoing supervision.
