Hello I’m Jane Fox and I run and own Fired 4 U. I had a career in hotel Management and my last posting was at the Swallow Hotel, Samlesbury. I left there in March 2006 to set up Fired 4 U. This came about when I read an advert in a magazine for pottery painting parties.

What a gem of a place this is.
Jane is fantastic! Really passionate about what she does and has a lovley, inspiring workshop.
Myself and my son Finlay had a wonderful, enjoyable and creative morning with clay.
We were super happy with our creations and cannot wait to return to paint and glaze them!
Highly recommend to everyone of all ages.
Very therapeutic too.

I had my 5yr old daughters bday party here in early december 14. I found Jane to be very helpful & easy to deal with. The children had a lovely time decorating the plates. It was a mixed party of boys & girls & i was pleased the boys enjoyed it also. The young lady who gave the instructions was amazing with the children & she kept their attention whilst explaining what to do. We definitely will be returning and i cannt wait to have a go myself!!! For my birthday party this year, I decided to take my 7 best friends to Fired 4 U and what a superb choice it was. My best friends were buzzing after the two hour Fired 4 U party Experience.
Jane and her staff were patient, understanding and could not do enough for us, also their enthusiasm was infectious as it rubbed of on everyone
I highly recommend Fired 4U. 10/10
Me? I`m the birthday boy 64 year young Grandad and my best mates are my 7 Grandchildren age 4 to 12 years.
As an aside the chippy next door also does brilliant chips. :)

Just had a lovely morning painting with my mum and daughter. I'm sure people have said this before but the young lady in charge (Abbie I think is her name? ) was lovely and an absolute credit to your business! We've been to fired 4 u on various occasions over the last 2 1/2 years and we have created lots of lovely, unique keepsake gifts, from painted plates, silver necklaces to ornaments. We always have a lovely time. We had our daughter's 10th birthday party here and Jane and her staff always make us feel welcome. Nothing phases Jane, not spilt juice, tenacious ten year olds or potty training toddlers! The Mini Potters sessions and the Adults Only evenings are a great idea too, especially if you feel awkward about disturbing anyone with your kids or don't like being disturbed. Just had my 7 year old's birthday party here and it was the smoothest party ever! The staff are so friendly and great with the kids. They talk the kids through every step and help those who need it. There's a great selection of things to paint and it was so relaxing for all of us! Bonus is you can order kid's meals from the chippy next door and they will bring them round for you! What do you love most about your job?
Being able to assist people of all ages to be creative especially when they believe they are not creative at all. I believe we all are in different ways and you just need the space and the right person to help you find your creative streak. Its fun and very relaxing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been creative with textiles and drawing but followed a career in hotel management. The time came for a change and I found out about pottery painting and craft studios. Loved it so set mine up in 2006, its been fun helping people have an amazing time with something to show for it in the pottery they have painted, created or using other crafts or the bespoke orders I have created for them.
Why should our clients choose you?
I love to help children and adults have a fun party or visit to our studio or at another venue. I think we all need some chill time to create something unique to be proud of and take great pride in making this happen for all our customers form a few days old to 92 years old!
