Amazing service in the heart of Fishtown/North Philadelphia. Made a piece of digital art and was asked to make posters of it used Fireball to print them and I’m amazed by the quality and quick turnaround time by them definitely will be using them for all my printing need.

If you're looking to get something/anything printed Fireball is definitely the place to go. Everyone that has handled any of my orders has been super helpful and friendly. So if you're on the fence about ordering with fireball, get of said fence and order already. You will love it.

Quick turnaround and good quality printing on a custom sized black and white booklet of 31 ink drawings with covers. Very happy with the final result which was delivered early, saving me stress about my deadline. Email communication was clear and answered my questions, and information on the website about the necessary bleeds and so on made sense and was easy to follow. Really great printing service. We have used Fireball dozens of times for postcards, flyers, posters, etc. A breathing person answers the phone which is already a mega advantage. From start to finish, Fireball Printing knows how to take care of a customer. If the generous pricing doesn't sell you, then the quality of their work will. Even after the online ordering process, they (Bryan) followed up with me just to make sure that's what I wanted. Do you know how many print shops would've just sent to print and blamed the ordering process mishaps on my mistake and made me pay twice for a fix? The answer is too many and I can appreciate a business that glances over the work in front of them and asks questions/need for clarification where need be. For the cost very decent work. Sometimes the colors might be a little off for my liking but at these prices I can overlook the occasional flaw, if you can schedule the time to order test prints then you can avoid a lot of hassles. I especially love that they will allow for very small print runs which is great when working on a budget. Minimum print run is typically 5 prints! They have very quick turn around times which is great when in your in a pinch. Just be sure that you've done your part in researching what goes into a proper print. Design your work with a .25 bleed, have it in a flattened pdf format, 300DPI, and sure to set it to CMYK. If you get those parts right they will be able to work some magic for you. Like all products and services you get what you pay for, but pound for pound you get a lot of quality for the prices they offer. More...

For what it's worth, I completely agree with Michael Heneghan's review. There actually was a minor error with my order the very first time (or maybe it was the second time) I used Fireball. Not really a big deal, but it was a design job for a client, so it had to be fixed. The folks at Fireball redid the order in record time and were total pros about it. (And the client was very pleased.) I use Fireball whenever I can because they're convenient, they're easy to work with, their prices are very reasonable, and they just generally make the experience hassle-free. Which is to say nothing of the quality of their work, which, in my experience, has always been top-notch. A promo and events company I occasionally do work for uses Fireball very often to have postcards and posters printed, and especially given that the cards and posters are printed digitally, I'm always really impressed with the quality of the printing. I don't know if Fireball has the equipment necessary to do offset print jobs, but all the digitally-printed work I've seen has been fantastic. I get all of my prints from here. They are always super fast to respond and even do same day printing if you hit them up early enough. My prints always look exactly how I want: expected them too and are reasonably priced. Great guys, great service, the only thing that pisses me off is that at 6:13 they already not answering calls. I know they close at 6pm but seriously, answering calls until 7:30 or 8:00pm is essential.
