We had Bela and Claudio do the catering for our wedding day October 3rd, 2015. The food was incredible. Two years later, we still get compliments from our guests when we see them! We chose to do beef tenderloin for our main and I have to say I had confidence in them, but a part of me was scared that it wouldn't be cooked well for every guest. The beef was barbecued PERFECTLY! So tender and delicious. They were also very accommodating for any dietary changes for certain guests and the options they had were a hit (vegan, vegetarian, etc.) Amazing service by all their staff.
