I decided to take the plunge and get back into the gym after my back injury and health issues. I contacted Finn not just because he was a Personal Trainer but, because he had studied Rehabilitation too. When I met Finn he went through all the information about me and listened, explained what we were going to achieve and asked questions. I haven’t been training for long but, today I had the all clear from my Chiropractor that my back had improved and I could now progress to any type of exercise and weight and see him once a month. He was impressed in Finns approach to Rehabilitation training as a P.T. which had helped in my recovery. I would recommend Finn to anyone with any type of injury or health issue. I cannot recommend Finn enough! I do boxfit with Finn in a group PT and it is fantastic! The classes push you so much and my overall fitness has improved massively over the last few months! Thanks Finn!

I am going to Finns Boxfit sessions twice weekly and I can honestly say that my Cardio has improved immensely - Finn is a great instructor and he always gives you great encouragement to achieve what ever goals you may have. I completed a 6 week boot camp with Finn. I found him really supportive and knowledgable. He’s also super approachable, he always gave me brilliant answers to what I felt were daft questions and always corrected my technique where I needed help. He continues to be really supportive and friendly at Basefit classes. I Would definitely recommend and am considering for boot camp again in the future. More...

I did a 6 week boot camp with Finn back in November and have never looked back after the results. I must have been close to his nightmare client with all the Prosecco and mince pies I was consuming on the run up to Christmas but he helped me adapt my diet so I could still enjoy all of those things and lose fat. He is supportive, approachable and goes the extra mile to help you achieve your goals. Even after the boot camp he still provides help and advice when needed through attending basefit classes. I started a boot camp with Finn and got some great results. When the bootcamp finished so did the PT sessions. I noticed my results were slowing and started a group PT with a few others. I’ve been doing this ever since. Finn is very supportive and pushes you to achieve more than you did last time. He is always helpful with dietary questions and each PT session is full of laughter, the time flies by. More...

I have been training with Finn for about 12 weeks with a couple of gaps in there. Finn has worked around old injuries to help me train properly and improve consistently each week. the sessions are always varied and never repetitive, Finn will always explain why your doing an exercise so you understand how it fits with others you may have done. Finn is the Best personal trainer ever! I hate exercise but love my weekly pt sessions and the hypertrophy he does on a Thursday! He always adds a finisher to his sessions which I hate at the time but feel so much better for after � he always gives advice and is such a good trainer � (you will ache after)!! No pain no GAIN!! I have just completed a 6 week boot camp with Finn. What a brilliant experience ! For the first time in years I have started to enjoy training again ! ! Got some good results along the way too !!
