How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Through positive re-enforcement and proven training methods.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Cheesy but hard work and sticking to the plan! The most common cause of a failed goal is not sticking to the program and cheating without being accountable (secret chocolate bars on lunch break, etc).
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the look on people’s faces as they achieve what they want, honestly nothing can compare (well rock climbing is pretty fun).
What inspired you to start your own business?
To better serve my clients, I was based at a gym that turned there PT’s into employees and feel that would drain the enthusiasm out of anyone. So I moved to the studio in order to get that personal touch back into personal training.

Free Consultation
A in person or over the phone consultation lasting around 1 hour.
This is to assess goals, take body stats, discuss nutrition and the training plan as well a mini session (if you we meet in person) so you can get a taster of what the actual sessions would be like.
1-2-1 Personal Training
Your classic quintessential personal training session. With sessions lasting up to one hour (or longer if you wish), this is the absolute best way to achieve your fitness goals and dreams.
Small Group Personal Training
This option is for those who want the benefits of personal training, but wish to share the experience with someone else! Maximum group size of 4.
Group classes
A small group classes with a maximum group size of 8. These classes are currently in process of being setup but will soon be taking place weekly. The classes will be run the same as any other class at a gym with you booking your spot weekly and costing less than your typical PT session. A perfect addition to your week no matter your goal.
